Greet place when bringing whole family. Proximity to many attractions within city core makes this place special. Rooms are clean and small kitchenette is perfect. Would highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was a slight wait but otherwise great. Kids also enjoyed having a pool in the hotel.

Great location especially if you are going to see an event at the Rogers Centre. Hot breakfast choices are plenty. Just don't head down at 9 am when the hotel is full. It's too busy and you'll have to wait in line for 20-30 mins just for takeout. Clean rooms, washroom, kitchen fully supplied with dishes etc. I would stay again! Very nice hotel, especially for the price. I know the rooms may vary, but ours had a king bed with a kitchenette that came equipped with a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, sink, dishes, dishwasher, pots, pans, silverware etc. Though we didnt take advantage of the service, the hotel even posted that they will gladly take a grocery list from you and do your personal shopping for you (even stock the fridge!)Complimentary breakfast buffet was included, and was very generous. They even booked us a town car to take us to the airport since our flight was ludicrously early in the morning (had to leave the hotel at 3:30 AM)Granted some of the extra services to cost (the town car was like $50 but still cheaper than a taxi) but like I said, for the price and considering breakfast was included, the hotel was very VERY good quality.Oh, the staff were amazing too, each and every one of them. I think we had a chance to interact with each front desk clerk, and were very pleased.Highly HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

These rooms where nice. The bed was big and there was a kitchenette which was useful for long stays. The location is perfect, right in the middle. The bartender was awesome, sweet lady from Brazil, but she had limited ingredients. The breakfast was a bit lacking but over all not bad. My biggest thing was the little stuff, I asked for water and was told that it is not a full service hotel so they cant bring anything to the room, and there is no parking you need to pay a crazy amount for local parking in the area. Overall a clean easy stay but little things were annoying.

Our stay was great - we stayed for only one night, but it was a very pleasant stay. The location is amazing, and the suite is big and includes a full kitchen, a nice-sized couch and the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom, so it's great for families. The food at breakfast was good, not great, but I don't have high expectations of hotel food. The staff did their best to get people through, because it was really busy. My only gripes - the mattress wasn't the most comfortable I've been on, and there is no specific parking for the hotel. Valet is $50 a night, but the lot behind the hotel is supposedly $30, but when we left about 20 hours after we arrived, we were charged $22. All-in-all, it's a great location and does what a hotel is supposed to do.
