If we ever go back to Toronto, we will definitely be looking to stay here again. The staff were very friendly, the place was kept immaculately clean. It's in a very good location, with easy walking distance from the main centre. There are a number of good bars and restaurants nearby. The room was a reasonable size with enough room to hang up / store clothes. The bed was extremely comfortable with a choice of pillow types. The bathroom was also a reasonable size for one person at a time, with a very good shower (three varible heads and a fair pressure) that didn't leak into the main bathroom floor. My only very very slight grumble was that we couldn't open the outer window and the air con machine was quite noisy, but the latter was fixed by turning it off.Breakfast was also better than expected of a Premier Inn. There was a good choice of hot and cold options and pastries. Finally, why do hotels have signs about only replacing towels under certain conditions if they completely ignore them and replace them anyway. A minor point and many / most do exactly the same. I get why they do it, but it is slightly annoying when you try and 'help them make a difference.
When I first walked in, the concierge was super helpful in pointing me the right way. The lobby was pretty big with a nice lounge area and also a computer you could use. I met up with my friends and we went to the event. The setup was very professionally done. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming. After the event, the concierge was nice enough to call us a cab.
Easy access to everything downtown. Hotel was clean and efficient. Hallways were a bit warm and stuffy for my liking. Parking was convenient. Good choice for an overnight!
The elevators are incredibly slow to come after hitting the call button. I waited more than 5 minutes on multiple occasions. Other than that, the hotel was great. Centrally located with clean and modern rooms. The breakfast buffet was also surprisingly tasty.
Room was clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was good as well. There's underground parking at $30 a day. Yeah it's in a slightly sketchy looking area but you can hop onto Adelaide and then walk right into the city, which is what we did. A good, reasonably priced hotel in the city. Air conditioner in our room was loud whenever it turned on but it did the job. Our rooms were cleaned and beds were made every day.
