I brought a refugee single Mom and her 2 sick children to the walk in clinic. They were seen by a doctor without a long wait. The pharmacist (I'm not sure if his name is Hany & if he is the owner) treated this woman like family. She was given several prescriptions - for her and each of her 2 children. Her children, however, were in the system for health care but apparently not for medication. He took the time TO GET THEM IN THE SYSTEM - with patience, kindness and understanding. She was unable to pay for a couple of the meds for her kids, so I covered those costs, and he was more than generous. THIS IS EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! More than that, the LEVEL OF CARE this man showed for a non-English speaking, single Mom with refugee status and 2 sick kids was EXCEPTIONAL and COMMENDABLE. What a world we would live in if we all treated each other with this level of care, kindness, empathy and understanding! With Much Gratitude...

This review was long due and it would not be an exaggeration if I say that Dr. Bineh Singh Kalra was an angel in disguise and helped me find a GI doctor for my condition. I am truly indebted to Dr. Bineh for the care and consult he provided me in May 2023. thank you so much Doctor Kalra.

Lovely staff. Extremely friendly and efficient Dr and medical administration. Very clean and comfortable with the added benefit of the Pharmacy within the facility providing great service. Highly recommend.

I came to the walk in for a hand injury. I was seen by Dr Kaushal within 10 minutes. He was very kind and sent me to emergency for imaging, with a thorough explanation of why I needed to go. Very pleased with their efficiency and friendliness.

I went to this clinic to prevent infection from a cat bite because I’ve always been extremely cautious about these injuries. I sought medical attention immediately to avoid the serious complications that are well known with cat bites. However, the doctor barely looked at my wound before prescribing cephalexin. This is concerning because cephalexin does not cover Pasteurella multocida — the most common and clinically significant bacteria in cat bite infections. This is basic medical knowledge and clearly outlined in standard treatment guidelines. Cat bites are dangerous injuries that frequently become infected. Over 50% of cat bites result in infection, and many require hospital care or IV antibiotics to prevent complications like cellulitis, abscesses, or sepsis. Early, appropriate antibiotic treatment is crucial. Because of the poor prescribing decision, my infection progressed into cellulitis, and I now have to see a specialist. At the hospital, even the ER staff were surprised by the original antibiotic choice. To make matters worse, when I posted a review about this experience, the pharmacist in the same location tried to defend the doctor’s poor decision, even suggesting I delete my review — claiming it was meant for the pharmacy, not the clinic. I double-checked, and the review was clearly posted to the clinic, so I’m not sure why the pharmacist felt the need to get involved or protect that decision. This kind of defensiveness only makes the situation more concerning. I’m sharing this because I took all the right steps to protect my health — and still ended up needing hospital care because the medical professionals I trusted didn’t do their part. This experience shows a lack of clinical judgment and professional accountability.

The doctors there don't seem to give a shit Literally had a panic attack while seeing the Doctor and ended up leaving the clinic crying. First meet and greet they don't tell you what to bring for the doctor just so he can tell you, you aren't prepared and come back with more. Also $150 to fill out a form......? Insane Update. I got the form filled out for $40 at another walk in clinic Ridiculous!!

Hours posted on Google do not reflect their actual hours. Walked all the way there with my kid and it was closed. Was told by the pharmacist that they post new hours every week taped up on their window. Very frustrating.
