Very OLD building with slow elevator and smell sooo bad on 4th Floor… how do you serve patients in that environment? For sure bad smells comes from 2 washrooms in hallwayin this Medical building
I have been a patient here since 2019. From Nick to greg to Carlos, all the nurses and front desk employees are friendly and helpful especially if you ever find yourself in a "stressful situation."
Love this clinic and have been coming here for years. The reason I am leaving this review now is because there is an older woman working on the 6th floor, wears glasses. My rating would be a 5 star if it were not for her. She has zero social skills, is actually one of the most unpleasant people I have come across. It really shows in her face that she does not want to be there, and she makes the clients feel unwelcome aswell. What a shame.
I have been a client/patient at this clinic for 2 years. Recently they have significantly reduced their hours which negatively impacts appointment times. It has been much harder to schedule appointments given the much smaller availability.
One of the most humiliating and degrading experiences I have ever had with a care provider. I transfered my care to DR. TSANG after moving from Vancouver. For some reason my files related to my ADHD diagnosis and treatment were incomplete/ confusing. Dr. Tsang graciously agreed to continue my prescription of Vyvanse but then warned me about random drug testing. I was made to feel as-if I was drug-seeking and guilty of some offense, rather than questioning why the records were incomplete from my Vancouver provider. I have found his demeanor to be condescending and not at all collaborative. Overall, I did not feel he was interested in getting to know me as a patient, and both times I have seen him I left feeling awkward, stupid and now guilty of some unknown offense. I do not recommend this provider at all, based on my experiences to-date.
Everything is awful I have been waiting for my results for 10 days they told me on Saturday evening I need treatment from another clinic It is so bad I have to wait for 5 days after long weekend♂️?♂️?♂️
Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. "Nick" per se is amazing. Great clinic and I highly recommend it. Thank you for spreading health awareness in our community and preventing the spread of STIs especially HIV. Great job.
