The receptionist, Monica is very rude & lacks social skills. She acts very condescending and shows that they don’t care if your toddler is ill considering an expired health card.
A letter takes 2 weeks and $100. My insurance pays the clinic the money so this clinic is cashing in on double. 1 week later I called the receptionist and the letter still not done. The receptionist attitude wasn't good either. I switched back to my old Pediatrician bc I moved. I got the letter same day and for free from my old Pediatrician.
We continue to come from out of town bc we love the treatment we receive. The entire team has always been so helpful, accommodating and understanding to us and our child. Definitely recommended.
I love this clinic for kid's emergencies illness. The doctor's are very good and fast with patients. They take good care of the patients health. I am glad to take my kid's anytime when they are illness. The waiting time is 20min. God bless this clinic and all the workers.

Indeed, I visited the clinic and the doctor examined me, and since then and to this day, I feel myself born again, with all thanks and gratitude to Dr. Mustafa Al-Maini and his distinguished staff. Friendly staff and doctors, we always get an appointment in case of anything urgent and never faced any issue. We stay in Burlington and travel almost an hr to visit this clinic as we are very happy with the services.
This doctor in incredible, I've taken my daughter to several doctors and the hospital to try and find out whats wrong and within 10 minutes he had a good understanding of what's wrong. I can't say enough on how grateful I am to have come here and finally find some answers. The doctor is patient, attentive, takes his time with the patient and really listens. I'm so tired of going to other doctors and being rushed out the door without even a correct answer. He was also very good with my little one and made her feel comfortable. I will only come here now for any issues with my daughter and would recommend him to anyone who's looking for answers for a sick child.
