I have been a patient for years. lately your online system is a total failure. The system does nothing when I enter my health card number and does not connect me to my Dr. I also cannot seem to contact any administrator. What kind of office is this that there is no way to contact anyone?!? I am leaving a review as the only means I can find to hopefully make contact. Someone reach out to me please! This is ridiculous.

Will drop you as a patient if you seek a second opinion elsewhere despite refusing to provide a referrals (ends up being disproved/proven to be necessary years later). And then they have the audacity to charge you to move your files to another clinic when they are the ones that dropped you out of spite & revenge. Unless all you do is catch a cold/flu and need a yearly check-up, seek help elsewhere.

My docs fine but holy cow they do everything to make a patient's life more difficult! Starting from the most complicated website to extensive effort to cut down human touch, they have now reached zero tolerance for delays. I was early to my appointment and always had roadside parking. On the snowiest day today I realized there are none anymore, govt removed them. I walked in late after parking far away. I was not only refused, but the attendant just walked away, he later said I gave him "attitude!" I took time off from work, waited a month for this, have waited many many times when they were late in seeing me, had to keep extending my parking etc. Its time you woek for patients and not against them. Utterly disappointed and equally angry.

Personally, I like my physician here, and I have had no problems with her stand-ins when she is away. I do have a problem with Magenta itself. The way they are monetizing health care by charging $$ for simple things like sending a message to your doctor, or now Showing Advertisements via the Sign In Digital Form... It's getting to be a bit much and really sours the entire process of getting Healthcare. I hope my physician leaves, I would gladly follow.

It’s impossible to book an appointment to get a simple prescription refill. The online booking system is incredibly confusing and when I finally figured it out my doctor had zero openings for the next 3 months under the telehealth option.

Glad I left! Family doctor kept on going on maternity leave which was a relief since she had the bed side manners of an accountant and put me through useless invasive tests when a simple antibiotic worked. Begged to be switched when they told me I had to go half way across the city to see her since she moved - they refused. Luckily I was taken by another clinic with an amazing doctor. Glad I didn't settle, my health is too important!

I do not feel safe or supported at this clinic. Ive also been checking the reviews here for a while and I've seen some of the 1 star ones be removed, this is a suspicious place. This clinic is definitely a profit first, service second type of model. I’ve been a patient here since 2022, and my experience has been overwhelmingly dismissive and invalidating. After my previous doctor left, I was reassigned to a new doctor who has consistently shown a lack of curiosity, care, and attentiveness towards me as a patient and my ongoing/worsening chronic illness symptoms. My first doctor at this clinic constantly brushed off my concerns. When I brought up my consistently high white blood cell count and constant infections all over my body (which had been ongoing for years), I was told, “These things clear up on their own.” When I shared that my stomach often feels inflamed and swollen, she simply said, “This is just how your body is.” This made me scared to even book appointments, and now the same thing is happening again with this doctor. Fast forward — 3 years later, I’m now finally being tested for Celiac disease, ONLY when I had brought in my special diet forms- which he sent me away that day without signing. Luckily enough, my previous doctor would sign my special diet forms without question because she knew my struggle with lactose intolerance and gluten products. As a disabled person already living under the poverty line, I'm even struggling to purchase food that won't give me daily diarrhea and stomach aches. I have been sick for so long and exhausted from the constant testing, a scenario that could've been avoided. What exactly is happening at this clinic? How much time have I lost being ignored? Everything here is automated. You can’t get a hold of a real person when you need help. Appointment times are limited to just 15 minutes — something no one told me when I first signed up. That’s barely enough time to bring up one or two issues before my doctor starts to look visibly agitated or impatient. Back when i was prescribd anti depressants even getting refills would be an issue because they wopuld run out and then reaching my docto It feels rushed, impersonal, and deeply unfair. This system is not designed for people with complex or chronic health needs, and it certainly doesn’t account for those of us who require care that’s trauma-informed and culturally aware. Despite advocating for myself repeatedly, I’ve felt ignored, gaslit, and treated like a burden. My current doctor has made little to no effort to build any rapport or take the time to understand the complexity of what I’m going through. This is especially harmful given that I’m already in a marginalized position — I’m Black, queer, and disabled — and my doctor, a white man, has shown a striking lack of empathy, nuance, or cultural sensitivity in his care. He does not acknowledge how my identities shape the kind of medical experiences and trauma I’ve endured, nor does he make space for that reality in how he approaches treatment. He is typically very impersonal and robotic. As someone living with progressive chronic health issues, this kind of medical neglect has real consequences: emotionally, mentally, and physically. I struggle every single day with pain and isolation, and I’ve been left to navigate it largely on my own. At one point, my previous doctor even told me to "just look it up on Google." That kind of attitude — from both past and present providers here — has made it clear that this clinic is not a safe or supportive place for someone like me. I’m in the process of looking for a new provider, because staying here is not an option anymore. And this terrifies me since there is already a GP shortage! Please DO NOT register here! This clinic needs to seriously examine how they treat their patients — especially those living with complex or chronic conditions — and do better.
