Went in with a painful, swollen, itchy, irritated mouth and was told by Dr. Eric Raddatz that it was probably because of the weather changing and that I need to wear chapstick. Felt very much like I was dismissed and they were trying to get me out asap. I was prescribed a topical cream. I went to another more well reviewed walk in clinic and was sent to the hospital because in reality it was a bad infection.
Came in Monday explaining i have tonsillitis, doctor says to wait 3 days for diagnosis. I’ve had tonsillitis before and last doctor i saw at another clinic wrote me a prescription for antibiotics the day of visit. Now after two days waiting, my tonsils have swollen up and I have a hard time breathing, by the time I get the diagnosis i may be dead.
I've been here a bunch of times and I've also had a bunch of telephone conversations with Dr. Gin. I can't understand all the negative reviews - the only downside is that it is sometimes difficult to get through as it seems they are not open every day of the week.
Pls don’t waste your time. Despite of getting an appointment beforehand I had to wait for 45 minutes for my initial appointment. When i finally got to see the doctor, and explained to him my symptoms he basically used google to look up whats wrong with me as well as to find me a medicine. Then finally, they told me that they don’t accept my insurance (which is a very widely used insurance company BTW). When this happened I had to myself find the forms to file the claim and even remind the clinic to send my receipt (which did not have the provincial code which apparently is a very important information to file claims). What they didn’t tell me is that I won’t even receive my complete claim amount back and would only be partially refunded. In turn, I had to pay a bunch of money only for the doctor to google my symptoms and diagnose. Please save yourself the headache and find a better clinic to go to.
Don’t waste your time going here. It used to be a good clinic when they were on the 3rd floor but now they have moved to the 1st and are not great. Google hours are wrong and they don’t have the ability to change them but note they go on lunch from 12-1 with no signage about this in the clinic. They’re closing down by the end of the year anyway and I think that’s best for everyone.
Originally would of given this review 4 stars . One star minus (they moved very far from their original location)Now to even get in contact with my physician Dr.Gin i have to call book an appointment just to get a refill or a note sent to my employers . Then it went from $30 to $75 to send one form back to my insurance company . The clinics website is so outdated that the doctors they show don't even work there anymore. They need to really work on making sure to stay open and not have 3 days out of the week closed.
Just a heads up ..Do not go if your expect to speak to a doctor in real life, I wish I read the reviews prior. If you don’t mind being assessed by a medical assistant and only speaking to doctor via zoom then this is your place but if not , go someplace else or like they told me “ call before to ask if there is a physician available on site”. Pharmacist is very nice
