I have recently started to visit a doctor in this clinic. Had my first visit and it went well. The front staffs are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The clinic is clean and organized. I already made my appointment by visiting their website and there was not a minute delay to see Dr. Chrobok. Dr. Chrobok was amazing!!! He really spent time to listen my issues properly and provided his guidance. He knows how to care for patients. Highly recommend!!!
I have had good experiences in the clinic in the past. The doctors are great. Unfortunately, the front desk experience has been frustrating. My original appointment was cancelled and it is very difficult to reach anyone by phone. You must leave a voicemail or go in person. I arrived 8 minutes late on a snowy day and was told I could not be seen, even though the policy allows a 15-minute grace period. I asked to wait for a possible opening but that was not allowed. The staff eventually rescheduled me without a cancellation fee, which I appreciated. I understand the situation but it is kind of frustrating when there were times I was there and I waited longer than my appointment time or I had an appointment cancelled. I suggest the clinic clarify their late arrival policy, improve the phone system, and allow patients who are on site to wait for an opening if possible. Patients respect policies and schedules and we deserve the same consideration for our time.
Recently started seeing a family doctor at this clinic as a new patient and im really happy with my experience. All of the staff are really helpful, and Dr Pritchard is great - she's really thorough, friendly and explains everything really clearly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new family doctor.
Dr. Sudhir Ganta is one of the best doctors I've had. Takes his time to carefully understand the issue, has a wealth of knowledge, and is just a nice guy making it a comfortable experience.
