I have been a regular patient with Care & Family Health for many months and have had nothing but excellent experiences. Everything is seamless and digital: I can book, chat, and access my complete health record anytime in the app. I love having my full health record right there. Prescriptions are basically one click, medication management is simple, and tests, results, and health tracking are all organized in one place. It makes staying on top of things so much easier, especially for chronic condition management, mental health support, including ADHD and anxiety, overall wellness, and preventive care. The membership is very affordable at $50 per month for unlimited care, and the quality of care has been next-level. Lots of appointment dates available, often same day, and can be easily rescheduled if needed. Priya Jindal, NP-PHC (Lawrence Park), my primary practitioner, has been outstanding. She listens attentively, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and takes a true patient-first approach. She genuinely cares, takes time to understand what’s going on, does not rush through appointments, explains clearly, and keeps me informed so I always know the plan. She is very thorough, ordering the right tests, supporting medications properly, and making sure nothing is missed. I have had nothing but great experiences with her. I have also had great in-person experiences for vaccinations and travel consultations. The concierge team is excellent as well. They respond quickly to any request, keep patients updated, and proactively coordinate details so my nurse has everything she needs, including test requisitions and results. The whole system is streamlined with minimal to no wait times. I have also visited the Yorkville clinic and had an amazing experience there with Amy Mangat, RPN. Appointments were fast and seamless, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and again there was basically no waiting. It was the same high standard of care, consistency, and professionalism. Compared to public healthcare, walk-in clinics, or even traditional family doctors, Care & Family Health is on another level: amazing staff and nurses, efficient systems, no waiting around, fully digital access, and a strong focus on proactive, high-quality care. They actually care about your health and take the time to understand, which I have not gotten from the public health system. I highly recommend Care & Family Health, especially Priya Jindal, NP-PHC (Lawrence Park) and Amy Mangat, RPN (Yorkville), to anyone looking for accessible, comprehensive, and genuinely supportive care. I have a family doctor who has denied me treatment of Perimenopause symptoms for 2 years. One appointment with Care & You and I felt acknowledged and treated for the first time in years. I’m as happy as my dog when she has a stick and is close to water LOL.
+ Easy to book appointment online, Can get appointment very fast. The place was clean & the staff & nurse was friendly. - Came to clinic because I’ve been feeling a hard lump sometimes in my lower area. Nurse could not feel it and said not to worry and come back if I feel it all the time. She Said we could do a pee sample and I said ok. I Wish that the staff/nurse would have told me that the pee sample/test was going to be extra cost. Yesterday I received a bill in mail for $83!! I thought It was included and I already paid $75 to see nurse. If I knew about this I wouldn’t have done the sample! EDIT: The bill is from DYNACARE. I've not been to any Lab.
TLDR: After not receiving a service, they initially offered me a refund but then reversed their decision and charged me just for entering their building. This clearly indicates that their priority is making money, not patient care. They then attempted to conceal their actions by falsely accusing me of fraud on their review page. Seriously makes me doubt the legitimacy of all their positive reviews. The full story: I went there with intention to get an X-ray for work purposes, to confirm that I don't have TB. However, I was denied this service due to their policies of needing to do a skin test first. That's the whole reason why I opted for a private clinic, willing to pay out of pocket, to avoid the prolonged TB skin test process. An X-ray is a definitive method to clinically verify the absence of TB. At a public clinic I would have to go through the lengthy skin test process in an effort to save costs of an x-ray. This is intended to conserve public funds. Despite my readiness to pay, I received a brief 10-second reply, a refund offer, and was then dismissed without any service which was fine. However days later I was still charged and later wrongfully accused of fraud. I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.
Dr. Nisha Goel is an incredible doctor who is consistently providing exceptional care for me. Dr. Goel always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains medical information in a clear and understandable way. Her compassionate and empathetic approach makes me feel comfortable and confident in her care. I am truly grateful to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable physician. Also I am having a great experience at this clinic. Booking an appointment is always incredibly easy, and the whole process is clear and fast. Highly recommend for anyone looking for efficient and straightforward healthcare services.
