Since the day I came to Charles Walk-in Medical clinic I don't want to go anywhere Else!!. The Dr. Is amazing and Caring. And He Gets "Things" Done. Thank you for moving into king and Dufferin.
Ever since the day we first visited Charles Medical Clinic, we’ve never felt the need to go anywhere else. The service they provide is excellent, and the doctor is incredibly considerate and caring. Whenever my boyfriend or I feel under the weather, we always choose Charles Medical Clinic. Highly recommended!
In waiting area the chairs are outdated and when a person sit feel like seated over the ground just a joke, baby's chair. Doctor is in rush all the time, unprofessional. Pharmacy staff are also dull and lazy, especially the Hijab girl, my recommendation do not visit, awful experience and you will regret if visit.
It was the worst experience ever. I was in pain and tried to explain how I felt, but the doctor didn’t listen, he just came in, prescribed some medicine, and left. The pharmacist was also unprofessional; when I tried to ask a question about the medicine, he ignored me. It felt like none of them were paying attention. I’m worried they might hurt people by carelessly giving out medicine like candy without actually listening to their patients.
Really nice people here! I'm a hard poke for blood draws and Patricia got it in one (which is even more impressive given that i didn't expect to have blood drawn and didn't over hydrate the day before in preparation)
I’m super grateful they opened at this location since there’s a major shortage of doctors in Toronto and it’s a walk-in too! They accepted me as a patient, and Dr. Bashir Hadid is incredibly kind, attentive, and hardworking. He takes the time to answer all my questions and moves efficiently between the three consultation rooms, helping one patient after another. I’m truly thankful and would give them a solid 5 out of 5!
Dr. Hadid is amazing! He is very patient and caring! I live in Brampton but work in Toronto and continue to see Dr. Hadid. I have seen many doctors and he is the only one that patiently listens to me my problems and provides medical advice and care.
