Monica Pham is a great doctor, she has helped me tremendously. Gave me referrals for all my concerns and also takes issues seriously. I didn’t have a family doctor for years so it’s great to have a doctor now that actually listens to me !
Very convenient location for me and was easily able to get the flu shot, however their website needs a significant overall! It repeatedly booked my husband at their other location despite choosing Lakeshore, perhaps move to a medical booking APP like other doctors offices have.
Extremely Disappointed – Would Strongly Advise Against Choosing Dr. Florentina Teoderascu I rarely leave reviews and never a negative one, but my experience with Dr. Florentina Teoderascu was so distressing that I feel compelled to warn others. After waiting an unusually long time to secure my first in-person appointment (a separate but telling issue), I was met with hostility and condescension from the moment I walked in. Dr. Teoderascu was argumentative and dismissive throughout the visit. While tone and body language can be subjective, the discomfort I felt was unmistakable. When I asked if something was wrong—because the tension was palpable—she told me my request, which was based on a recommendation from my neuropsychiatrist, was “unreasonable.” And that the fact that I was asking was unreasonable - I was stunned. After denying the request, I explained I was clearly in a bind and needed a requisition. She offered to write a note to my specialist, which I accepted immediately (wish I didn’t have to advocate for this so hard..). I also expressed that I was feeling extremely stressed and unwelcome—something very out of character for me—and her response was shockingly flippant. She said something along the lines of: “What do you want me to do, write the note to your neurologist in front of you? I told you I’d write a note.” The overall level of disrespect and lack of empathy is unacceptable in any healthcare setting, let alone from someone entrusted with your family’s care. Disagreements about treatment are one thing, but they must be handled with professionalism and compassion. Dr. Teoderascu showed neither. I will be leaving her practice and transferring my entire family’s care elsewhere. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing her as their GP. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, not disdain. After posting this review, I plan to reach out to the medical director, Dr. Seth I believe, who was terrific when I saw her previously at the walk-in clinic for a separate issue. I believe my appointment with Dr. Teoderascu may have been recorded using an AI documentation system, as I signed a consent form allowing for this the day before. It’s my hope that Dr. Seth will review the recording and take appropriate action. Whether Dr. Teoderascu was having a very bad day or simply isn’t fit to work with patients, this kind of interaction should never be repeated.
I would like to see rates for the Partner practitioners that work from this office. Or direction to another link to each’s websites. Please consider.
My family doctor is great. The online booking tool is easy to use and I can always find an appointment within a few days. The appointments are timely and efficient.
I had a great experience at Citrus being treated for a back injury suffered a few weeks ago. First meeting through a walk-in appointment with Dr. Harvey, and later being treated by Dr. Corey Cipolla. Back to my regular routine in a few short weeks of Physiotherapy and exercise. Can’t thank Corey enough for his help!
Did a walk in gig on Valentine's. No wait line at 3 pm. Was seen by Dr McLellan. Was all business and to the point. That's what you'd expect from a good walk in. The doctor is knowledgeable and met my expectations.
