The nurses were all very polite and nice - excellent customer service skills. However as a current surgical nurse manager and previous surgical educator it was evident that they lacked vascular access skills. I watched everyone of them to be sure, and there were clear knowledge gaps on everything from incorrect use of vein locator device, vein identification, technique and insertion. I allowed them to poke me 5 times just so they could get practice. This company needs to invest in training and shadowing at other clinics or acute care centres. Not the staff’s fault, owners must invest more into the staff.

Venessa is everything a great nurse should be—empathetic, attentive, and truly caring. She brings heart to health care, making patients feel seen and supported. The system needs more nurses like her. Thank you, Venessa!

First visit: The nurse was efficient and polite. My appointment was right on time. The whole place is clearly on a very tight budget and the overall vibe is that their budget is very small. (3-4 stars) Update: Rebooking is not an easy process. I sent an email via their website and got no response. I then called and got bumped to voicemail. My guess is that they are operating on a VERY tight budget, but that doesn’t change the fact that I am being under-serviced. 2nd update. No response to my call. I am not in dire need, but some patients are. Do better.

I have been taking my son for wound care for a very large surgery hole which the nurses dressed every 2nd day for him for over a month and a half. they were simply awesome. i cant believe there are not many reviews on here praising them. they have been angels. he recovered very well because of their care. they were very friendly, helpful & caring. medical manuka honey was added to the wound part way through (instead of silver and/or antibiotic creams) which i must say made leaps & bounds difference in his would healing. i & him extend our thanks for all they did for us. it really helped us during this heaing time. thank you very very much.

In general, most of the care I received here was timely and professional. The wait area was clean with comfortable enough chairs. Had one rushed experience with a newer nurse, but all other times were good.
