Compasscare is an amazing clinic! The staff are warm, patient, and truly caring from the moment you walk in. The doctors take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable and supported. The clinic is clean, organized, and very welcoming. I’m grateful for the excellent carw I received and highly recommend the clinic to anyone looking for professional and compassionate health services.

I have been seeing Dr. Eric Raddatz for more than 10 years. Could not ask for a better doctor. His previous office was 5 minutes walk from my home. Recently he moved to Compasscare Stockyards Walk in Clinic. Much greater distance from my home. However, I preferred to keep my doctor. Compasscare Stockyards Walk in Clinic offers much more convenience and much better services. Online appointment booking is super convenient. Huge improvement in services by the clinic staff. Easily accessible over the phone and very cooperative. Helped me several times and actioned requests immediately. Very kind and helpful. Thank you Dr. Raddatz and all the staff.
They should rename this place as "COMPASSIONCARE". Yes, the front staff to the doctors there are highly considerate and understanding. Our family doctor is Dr Kristina Kubik and i should say she is incredibly professional and knowledgable. She will listen to your issues, with no rush, and help with good diagnose and treatment. Overall, they are very attentive and this clinic is a good choice.
Very low wait time and the doctor was attentive and welcoming. I felt listened to and he spent the time to talk through it with me. Receptionist was pleasant and the pharmacist was as well. Would recommend.
Booked a walk-in appointment with Dr. Kubik to get a second opinion on some health issues that my regular health care team has been dismissing. The process was so smooth and organized, did not wait longer than 10 minutes to see the doctor(and that itself was only due to an issue with my health card). Reception team was friendly and patient with me as I called Service Ontario to sort out the health card issue. Dr. Kubik was incredibly helpful and kind, she listened to my concerns and agreed that more could / should be done to investigate, which she so kindly requisitioned for me. Very happy with the team here at CompassCare Stockyards :)))
This great clinic is an amazing Location has a great new location with all the services under one roof. This office is very clean and exceptionally professional. My doctor Dr Eric Raddatz is one of the doctors here and you could not ask for a more professional individual. He is a kind and caring doctor who takes the time with patients and is one of the best in the industry. I am very lucky to have him for many years as my GP and encourage any one who is looking for a doctor to give him a try. All the staff are all exceptionally friendly, blood work is done right on site if need be. This is a well needed medical office and will serve the community well for years to come!! If I could give a 10 star ⭐ rating I would!! Very pleased and extremely satisfied.
