Female receptionist here has absolutely no sense of customer service. I’ve been asked to see the doctor for my prescription, which has already run out, even though I already did so MONTHS AGO and for whatever reason it didn’t get forwarded to my pharmacy. So I’m telling the clinic I can’t make it until Sunday, which is now multiple days I’m unmedicated, and she’s upset that I’m upset and fully tries to hang up on me. So I called her out saying I haven’t even booked my appointment and she’s like well you have to figure it out and then put me on hold. Outrageous. Do not be in healthcare if you treat patients like this. I won’t be a patient here anymore lol, good riddance!
After repeatedly calling with no response, I went to the office and asked the receptionist why calls are not being answered. He told me to leave a message and added, “If you call us many times, it doesn’t make any sense. Leave us a message.” It is quite surprising that nearly all calls go unanswered.
Talk about wait times in Canadian Healthcare! Those do not apply here. I was in and out of this very organized and super clean clinic within 30 minutes. It was a walk-in on a busy friday afternoon. The receptionist, doctors and pharmacists are very kind and professional. I requested a female doctor and I was duly served by Dr Amandeep. Plus the location is amazing and easily accessible.
Never ever visit this clinic. I had been to the clinic and left the clinic in tears. Dr Eric Fonberg was very rude. He was not ready to listen to my concern. He was asking me to go to Albany clinic instead. I never came across a doctor who is so rude, arrogant, impatient, racist. Doesn't want to listen. End of the day he wanted to leave the clinic early so, he said he can't listen to me. From the time I entered the room he was getting annoyed for every little thing.
Called today just like I call a lot when I need an appointment and every time I call I get an answering machine I don't know why they have a phone that they never answer it finally I get somebody on the phone it was the Chinese lady or Korean or Asian so I would like to speak to a supervisor or I will go to the Telehealth Ontario about my experience with her and the way they run things there so please get a supervisor to call me or a manager by the end of business day there is a phone number on your answering machine The one that you guys don't even answer the phone to with my phone number on it and my first name is James last name is also there as well
We arrived at the clinic at opening time to make sure we could get it out of the way, but the doctor arrived one hour late. Honestly, pretty annoying. I’d suggest to only come here if you have nothing planned for the morning.
Great walk-in experience with Dr. Qasim Zeb at Danforth. The service was efficient, and the staff was very friendly. The doctor was professional and attentive, making the visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality care!
