I started seeing Dr Autherine Ramsey Kerr in July of 2025. I’m very happy to have her as my new family doctor as my last doctor dismissed did not take the time to sit with me and discuss proper care. Dr Ramsey Kerr listened to my concerns, provided referrals and followed up with my results. I highly recommend her!
I scheduled my appointment well in advance and arrived early, yet I ended up waiting nearly two hours without any update or communication from the staff. I understand that delays can happen, but this level of waiting shows poor time management and a lack of respect for patients’ schedules. It feels like the clinic prioritizes booking as many patients as possible rather than managing appointments responsibly. Your time is valuable — and if you believe that too, I’d recommend finding a clinic that treats it that way. PS. I ended up leaving. It was clear this would likely happen again. No point wasting more time.
