Horrible to walk in patients. Hey don’t accept people who walk in even though that is advertised, and they cancelled my appointment last minute after I described the urgency. They don’t care about patient health.
I have been seeing Dr. Walderman for about a decade. As a woman, I haven't always felt heard by doctors, so I am grateful that every time I visit her office she listens and takes my concerns seriously. Dr. Walderman is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive. Likewise, the staff are all lovely and helpful, and I never have to wait too long for an appointment.
People that work at front desk are very unprofessional. Go somewhere else where you get treated with some common courtesy. If 0 star was an option I would have given them 0
Very unprofessional and 0 empathy for patients. More like a place to hang out for those females working at front desk. You can't ask a question without getting attitude.
Been a patient of Dr Walderman since pre-pandemic. Now she's the family doctor of my little one too. She's amazing, always makes time for us and is very thorough and caring. I know she's super busy but she never makes us feel rushed. The ladies at reception are also always so friendly and helpful.
Been calling trying to book an appointment with my doctor for a week, phone has never been answered and I’ve never been called back after leaving voicemails
Dr. Walderman is a great doctor. This one star review is purely due to the incompetent reception. They are rude, unhelpful and extremely unpleasant. It’s unfortunate because it really makes me want to reconsider this clinic.
