Reception is kind and there is smooth check in. From my own experiences and how I’ve seen others patients treated and talked about, the medical care does not seem to have a lot of compassion towards pain, addiction or mental illness.
I did not like my experience here for many reasons, which I discussed with the gentleman at the front desk. I have to say, and say it with absolute gratitude how professional he was in listening to me, owning up to what the clinic did wrong and how he took accountability. Going through a lot, I definitely was not easy to deal with, but he was perofessional and decent enough to try. I admire that. This kind of decency is rare in this city these days. All the stars are his.

Dr. Solademi is incredibly kind, patient, and thorough—he takes his time without making you wait. The entire team is efficient, from taking vitals before the appointment (which may be standard, but I appreciated it!) to managing quick wait times. I also love the convenience of having a lab and pharmacy right on site. Highly recommend!
