Amazing service here Dr Sekhon is great at what he does and very fair to patients. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. If could give 10 stars I would for sure.
A recent visit to fit and purchase custom orthotics at the clinic did not go well. The admin staff and orthopedist I saw were pleasant and appeared competent enough. A few hours after I completed my custom orthotics assessment and paid in full I received a call from the clinic’s reception that the scan of my feet was not recorded and I would need to return to complete the scan again. To acknowledge the time required for me to return to the office to complete the fitting, I asked for management to consider a token of goodwill and reduce the orthotics asessment or purchase. My email request was responed to with a pseudo-friendly, ChatGPT-ish message- my request for a reduction to account for my extra time was rejected and the clinic was also cancelling my orthotics order. They would offer a refund for the orthotics but not for the orthotics assessment. Orthotics assessments are not particularly useful as stand-alone services as it is standard practice for offices to require their own assessment. Management was cancelling my order yet expecting me to pay for a service that would have little to no value outside of their clinic. In a final gesture of disrespect for my time, they informed me that I must come back in person to their clinic to complete the partial refund. In retrospect, I ask myself if there were any signs that I was stepping into a clinic focussed an insurance billing and profit at the expense of my time and health. The only red flag is that the firms orthopedist’s, admin or management team are not listed on the company website. Without names or faces its probably more confortable for management to sidestep direct questions and hold them accountable for poor behaviour.
My experience at the Toronto Foot Clinic was incredibly pleasant. I had to make some changes to my appointment due to my own schedule, but the process of booking and rescheduling was smooth and hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be seen right away—there was no waiting time at all. I met with the doctor within just five minutes of walking in. Both the receptionist and the doctor created a friendly and inviting atmosphere. It may sound unusual, but I genuinely look forward to my next visit!
Been here a few times to see dr Minoo Shakibai, she has taken incredible care of my son. She is very kind and gentle with him when he was in an incredible amount of pain. Nothing but good things to say about this clinic!
I have been a patient, in excess of 5 years, and my experiences although professional were devoid of any pretences and stuffiness. Additionally, the staff is respectful, caring and the medical practitioners have been attentive and informative I strongly recommend the establishment and that if you go , you will definitely experience the stellar service I have and continues to experience!
