Thirteen years ago, Dr. Chi-Ming Chow at THC diagnosed me with atrial fibrillation and coronary artery disease (CAD). Since then, Dr. Chow’s deep respect for his patients, tireless dedication, admirable passion, and outstanding professionalism have consistently accompanied and inspired me on my road to recovery—something I will never forget for the rest of my life. Thank you, Dr. Chow! Thank you, THC!
Staff was cordial and the wait time for an appointment wasn't long. Location is convenient and facility is clean. The wait time upon arrival was about 15 minutes after schedule. Only voicemail and email is available to patients; no immediate service. You'll need to wait for the callback.
*update to come* I made an appointment. But I broke my back and had to reschedule. After rescheduling because my back was still in pain, I got a call from the supposed front desk. She had such a bad attitude that I had to hang up on her after confirming my appointment, that I already confirmed via text and email. After the call, thankfully I record all my calls, I reported the front desk as well as requested to talk to a supervisor to see if it was actually a call from them or not because of how nasty the call was. Update to come if they own up to their nasty csr work. Otherwise DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Just reading the other reviews also show how much they care about patients.
Most responsive and reliable clinic my dad had a heart pain issue. The reception and the nurses are very informative and they follow up with the second and third appointment, and make sure the patients and their family informed about upcoming appointments and things to watch out for.
I am a patient of Dr. Chi-Ming Chow. He is such a caring and wonderful doctor. He has been very supportive and during appointments I never feel rushed and I am able to ask as many questions as I like. I've been to the Toronto Heart Centre to have tests done and the staff were very professional and caring and the location is very convenient. I was there during COVID and felt very safe. The offices were spotless and everyone was following all the COVID guidelines. I would recommend both Dr. Chow and the Toronto Heart Centre.
I feel so relieved and comfortable having such an energetic, knowledgeable and caring Cardiologist, who appears light hearted but in fact is deeply caring and charismatic ! I love his pleasant disposition, usually full of good humour, putting a patient at ease to discuss and deal with sometimes complicated heart problems. The nurses and other support staff have been informative and professional, and the receptionists always polite, pleasant and helpful.! The premises are spotlessly clean . Deeply grateful for all your care and attention all these years !!!!!!!!!
I do not recommend! Their doctor is incompetent, rude, lacks in knowledge, impatient and in rush to get the job done as soon as possible with a politic and discrimination behavior! They'll take your sign first for different examinations that you're suppose to do but after d.o.c.t.o.r (female doctor) says you don't have any problem out of indifference, you will no longer eligible for further examination!
