I am extremely frustrated with the inability to reach a WELL Health receptionist at the 3 Charles St. location. Over the past two days (and over the last few months), I have called repeatedly and no one answers. I have waited over 10 minutes on hold multiple times, only to be disconnected by an automated message telling me to call back later. This has happened six times in a row, including 3x today alone. This lack of phone access is preventing me from managing necessary and time-sensitive medical care. The hold music is also excessively loud and distorted, with crackling sounds that are uncomfortable and painful to listen to. Additionally, I no longer appear to be able to book appointments online directly with my doctor. Since WELL Health took over this clinic, the level of service has declined significantly!! The front desk staff needs to reprimanded or fired!!!! I have sat in this office numerous times and they are never that busy that they can’t answer phones! Not to mention, I have personally managed an Endoscopic Clinic with thousands of patients and we had prompt phone answering services with 2-3 staff members up front (just like you have)! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR A MEDICAL CLINIC! PICK UP THE PHONE!!
I came in as a walk-in after work, I had never here been before. I think my wait was only around 30 minutes. Dr Idowu was very kind, understanding and helpful. I felt listened to and not rushed. It was a quick appointment and I got a prescription I needed. I’m very glad I found this clinic and would come again if I need to. Thank you!

Was seen to by Dr Llewelyn Surajbhalli. It was a little bit of a wait but when I was seen to, the doctor was extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend Dr Surajbhalli and the administrative and health team. The walk-in clinic is very clean and well designed.
Showed up to appointment nurse did preliminary tests then doctor refused to fill in paperwork I'm not responsible for the $50 fee. For missed appointment
My doctor has been amazing (both my doctors). This review is not a reflection of their skillset or care. Since this clinic has been acquired by Wells Health, it has been challenging to book appointments (online my account was not validated, an appointment with a specialist prevented me from booking one with my family doctor). The care from the new people at the reception could be significantly more patient centred, accessible, and warm. This feedback is for WellsHealth leadership, please kindly ensure your processes and employees think about patient centred care, accessibility, and user centric inclusive design.
2 STARS: - The receptionist is friendly and very helpful. - Dr. Katz was my walk-in clinic doctor and he helped fill out the Laboratory Requisition form for me to do full blood work at LifeLabs. (- MINUS) 3 STARS: - My appointment was for 8:30AM and I came around 25 minutes early, but the door was locked, and there was no one inside to buzz us in, as the clinic opens at 9:00AM, so I went to Shoppers Drug Mart to browse around, talk to the Beauty Manager, use the PC Health Station to check my Blood Pressure, Pulse, Weight, and Body Mass Index (BMI) before I can get inside the clinic (to my surprise, the door was open). - Dr. Katz was my walk-in clinic doctor, not my family doctor, but he didn't understand what I was trying to say to him, I told him that there was something in my throat, and I was trying to cough it out and I keep swallowing it back in my throat, since it is not easy to cough out what appears to be phlegm-like mucus. He prescribed me a nasal spray, which has nothing to do with my sinus, but it has something to do with a nasty dry cough that wants me to cough and spit out what is inside my throat. So he misdiagnosed me and I probably have to go see another doctor to figure out if there is medicine that they can prescribe to me to loosen the phlegm that is stuck in my throat. - Also, the clinic is nice and clean, but whoever designed the clinic, should have arrows to direct patients back to the main receptionist/waiting room. It is hard to find my way out. Overall, my experience is mixed feelings, it seems like Dr. Katz didn't know the difference between what is phlegm and mucus, and he seems to be in a hurry to get me out the door, which explains to me that he wasn't a good doctor and didn't took the time to educate me on what causes mucus to turn into phlegm. I prefer Dr. Lu. Hopefully, the staff administrator can read this and understand that my experience wasn't bad, but also it wasn't good. So, hopefully, I can meet with my actual family doctor, Dr. Smiley to explain everything to him.
