Quoted one price, was charged another and he had changed the price on the ticket. 20$+HST for a small 1" patch to be sewn. Due to his lack of honesty, I have to rate this one star.

While the work was decent, the cost was far higher than expected, especially compared to other shops offering similar services. If you’re looking for value for money, I’d recommend checking other options before committing.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but would not recommend getting keys cut here. I went to get a key cut and had to go back because it didn’t fit. Unfortunately the second key still doesn’t work. I can tell by looking at the keys that they are quite different from the original. I previously had the key cut at Canadian Tire and that was fine. They were reasonably priced and fast, just disappointing I’ve had to go in twice and still don’t have a working key.

Did a gorgeous job resoleing my Red Wing chukkas; took the option of a Vibram sole with a slight lug, and now I can actually wear then when it's slippery!

I rarely ever leave reviews but I am so wowed!! So I just picked up my 5 pairs of shoes I left there. I was astonished!!! I thought that they were all almost unsalvageable! I wish I had before and after pics!!! He did such an amazing job!! 5 pairs of brand spanking new stilts!!! What I paid to fix 5 pairs cost less than 1 pair of moderately priced designer shoes. Impressed, wowed, thankful and happy!!

I had a really great experience at this shoe repair shop. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they did an excellent job repairing my favorite pair of shoes. They were also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process to me. What really impressed me was the exceptional customer service. The staff was very attentive and made sure I was happy with their work before I left. They even offered to touch up another pair of shoes that I brought in for a quick repair, which was really nice of them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work they did and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality shoe repairs. Thanks again for the great service!

I had the red sole of my christian louboutin pumps done 10 years ago, the shoe repair guy then did a bad job. Every time I looked the soles, my heart sighed. I have been searching for a shoe repair store which understand my concern also with great craftsmanship. Jo’s is certainly got it all. The lady communicated with me very well and delivered everything she promised. It only took a week, I’m a very happy camper now!

I'm sorry that I didn't tell you the cost ($10.00) before the service. I'll make sure to state the cost upfront.
