One of the worst experiences ever! They literally lost my boots! I went there and have my name and phone number. They told me they’re not sure whether they can fix my boots or not - that they will tell me whether they can or not in a matter of 2-3 days. I have not been notified and did not want to intrude. It was 3 weeks and then I decided to visit. The man was EXTREMELY rude! He asked me for a ticket and I told him the whole story and started treating me like I am a liar and delusional. He tried to embarrass me in front of other customers by saying phrases like “You should have the ticket! You need to wait! I will double the price! I even give my wife a ticket!” Then kept me waiting for 30 mins and said he will look for my boots. He said he will phone me when he finds it and that he can’t find it right now (even though he kept me waiting for 30 mins. I tried contacting him and somehow the number on Google is not the correct number. It took two weeks and he did not contact me. I came and asked for my boots and he was like “You walked away rudely last time” even though even the second time I came I left my name and contact details. It was a horrendous experience! I did not get my boots back

Dropped off my Loro Piana loafers and my Christian Louboutin heels to be repaired. They said it would take a week. I said okay I'll be back in a week I really need these fixed because I'm going on a trip. Just went back as its a week later and they didn't fully clean off the stains on my Loro Pianas and didn't even bother to touch the Louboutins. The heel is now still damaged for my upcoming trip because there isn't enough time to take them somewhere else. The man at the front lied to me and said they cleaned the heels but they're still so dirty on the bottom. I wiped them down at home and the paper towel was covered in black grime and dirt. Literally kept my heels for a week and did nothing to repair or clean them.

I’ve always had positive experiences with the owner, who is lovely and professional. However, during my recent visit, I interacted with another staff member whose behavior was incredibly disrespectful. The interaction was disappointing enough that, out of principle, I won’t be returning. It’s unfortunate, as I had previously held this business in high regard.

I took three pairs of leather boots to Kaner's Shoe Repair to have the ankles stretched, specifically asking them to be extra careful. Unfortunately, my request was completely disregarded. One boot came back with a hole in the leather and stretched unevenly. The lack of attention to detail and care was extremely disappointing. I expected a professional service, but instead, my boots were ruined. Nor did they point out this when I went to pick it up. They even charged me for damaging my boots. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service!

It looks like my Christian Louboutin shoes had a poor-quality sole repair / protectant job, with visible uneven edges. I took a pair of brand new louboutin boots and a pair of worn louboutin heels to both get re-soled. I walked out, not realizing at the time, that the shoes are in disastrous conditions. The brand new boots have scuffs. The heels look worse than when worn. I also was supposed to pick them up on Thursday, and they weren’t ready when I arrived Saturday at 11am. So I assume they rushed them and resulted in this?

Brought in my favourite boots which had been deemed unfixable by another establishment. Not only did they fix my boots but for less than $40…wow, amazing. Professional service. Very busy shop & I can certainly understand why. Highly recommend.

They restored my stained Hermes Oran sandals very quickly! See photos for the flawless execution. Hermes Paris could not even repair it themselves or offer to recolor. Can't be more thankful. Peter is also a friendly manager who ensured to give me a call once the shoes were ready for pick up. Thank you!
