Never ever have I had a business owner physically threaten me or my boyfriend while trying to do business. I never leave reviews but in this case if I prevent even one person from having to endure this man's attacks then I will. Our white shoes were died yellow. Instead of helping us come to a resulting he first blamed us and said we have them like this. Then pivoted and said he "tells his som never to try and clean suede for this reason" even though he accepted our shoes and never said this to us which of course we would have not left them in this case. After refusing to offer help in anyway he slammed his hand against the wall to threaten us yelling "no refunds". After arguing and realizing well get nowhere with him we got up to leave and this man decided it was a good idea to try and puff his chest out against and stand over my 5 foot boyfriend to threaten him once again. The poor woman who was waiting to be helped behind us must have been terrified to remain alone with this man. I hope she got her things back and left ASAP. Do not ever go here or trust this man. Absolute abysmal treatment.
Very rude, when I walked in the door the owner acknowledged me and just then my phone rang, as I went to take it, he told me y twice in a nasty tone not to05l0 answer it, saying he had got off his own phone call to serve me and as a matter of courtesy I
The owner was extremely rude when I told him that I will pay when I pick up the shoes - An attitude that's absolutely not acceptable in this neighborhood!
When I asked him to add leather as someone had before. He said I should go to them and then explained he has to eat, pay the rent and keep the lights on. Once I agreed to do it the way he continuously kept pushing. He then said the shoes were cheap and why did I buy cheap shoes. Maybe that's all I can afford?! He said everything with a smile. However, his remark about cheap shoes...that's very rude!
Cannot recommend. He said it would take 2-3 days to repair my bag. 2 weeks later I received a carelessly mended bag. He didn’t even complete all the repairs and I had to wait around while he fixed the last bit. Ridiculously expensive for poor work and unprofessional service. He’s friendly but it’s a cover for his lack of comprehension skills. Avoid.
The guy who owns the place is very nice but he did a horrible job on my pumps and then over charged me for them. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off.
Great friendly service, made my vintage bag look brand new and brought it back to excellent condition. Cant recommend enough and is there for his customers even during this pandemic
