Best shoe repair store I ever been they have all kind of saphir brand . The guy resold two of my leather shoes. I was happy with service. Also price was fair as well. I would recommend This place is worth of money

Had straps replaced on a pair of slingbacks. The work was very sloppy, straps were different lengths, seams were not smooth and threads left very long. Would not recommend for anything remotely complex or for high end shoes.

Thank you for your review. However, since we've changed many straps over the past week, I'm not exactly sure which shoe it is. I would appreciate it if you could send me a photo of the item or return the item to the store so that we can address any issues you may have experienced.
