Dr. Shojaeifard is incredible, I haven't had a more positive experience with a physician, he is thorough and easy to discuss plans and issues with. The front desk and pharmacy staff are well organized and helpful at all times. Facilities, services provided and the technologies they use for their own processes and to treat patients are moden and very well selected and managed.
My experience at this clinic has been excellent. I especially want to thank Dr. Arian, who is truly one of the best and most professional doctors I have ever met. He listens carefully, explains thoroughly, and treats patients with great knowledge and compassion. A special thanks also goes to the reception staff, especially Ms. Zohreh, whose patience, kindness, and helpful guidance make the clinic a welcoming and pleasant place for everyone. I’m really glad I chose this clinic and highly recommend it to others.
Clinic one is best family clinic where you have good doctors,staff & blood work testing twice a week.I am 100 satisfy & happy with the service & specially Dr.Ayan.
I loved the staff and Dr Renata at 1 Clinic. I went in for a blood test and the staff was so caring and gave me a donut and orange juice, they distracted me the whole time to make it easier. Super lovely people there <3
The wait times are truly unacceptable — over an hour and a half for a single appointment. It’s clear that time management and consideration for clients’ schedules are not a priority here. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude doesn’t make the experience any better.
I was looking for a family doctor and while the doctor was great, the receptionist (in particular the younger one) was very rude on several occasions. Wouldn’t let me go with my husband, mixed up/didn’t schedule an appointment and blamed me but also wouldn’t let me reschedule. My husband asked to be scheduled right after one of my appointments and they wouldn’t let him because he needed a “form” so that they could disclose when my appointment is, even though I’m right beside him? I tried using the online booking but it didn’t work because they added my legal and preferred name together with brackets so my name never could match in the system. Didn’t change this when I brought it up and when I said I never get any email confirmations from them they jumped to the conclusion that I’m scheduling things last minute when it was a week ago. In the end I’ve decided to transfer clinics because I’m uncomfortable coming in and going through this hassle for every appointment. Very happy with making the decision to go with a different clinic. If you need a family doctor, then go with this place because the doctors are good but if you have other options I’d consider looking around. Update: I take back what I said going with the family doctor. The doctor basically dropped everyone here without notice. There was a flood of people at the new clinic I transferred to complaining about the same things. Now that they onboarded a new doctor they said first come first serve “spots are limited”. Shouldn’t you guys prioritize your existing patients that you dropped? I wouldn’t recommend going here
It's 10:30am on Monday, I've called twice, no one is picking up and the voicemail box is full. They don't offer online appointment booking so I feel stuck. I love the clinic itself, it's organized and beautiful but it's so difficult to get an appointment.
