We had an appointment and waited until all most all of the visitors entered before us. The receptionist was very rude. We got no useful information from her. Not helpful at all.
Hello, I have been under the care of this clinic for about six years. Both Dr. Khakpour and Dr. Majlesi are highly responsible, and their knowledge and diagnostic skills are excellent. Sometimes the waiting time gets long, but I believe it’s because the doctors are very skilled and therefore have a high number of patients.
I waited in line for over 2 hours, and the doctor finally saw me after 2.5 hours just to tell me nothing useful. Total waste of time. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Truly disappointed. They don’t care about your time- I also had a blood test and they took the wrong one, only realizing their mistake after the first attempt. They then had to draw blood again from my other hand. Completely unprofessional from start to finish.
The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is professional. However, my experience with Dr. Alireza Golkar was disappointing. I noticed he doesn’t fill syringes in front of me, which raises transparency concerns. Despite repeatedly asking him not to take or share my photos, he ignored my requests, blocked me on Instagram, and posted my photo without permission. When I confronted him, his dismissive and rude response made the situation worse. While the clinic itself is excellent, Dr. Golkar’s behavior is the reason for my low rating. thing was
Dr. Khakpour And Dr. Majlesi both amazing! Knowledgeable and caring Excellent doctors! Highly recommended Receptionist, is so friendly and helpful? The wait may be long, but it's worth it. Waiting a little extra for exceptional care? No problem Quality care takes time.?
I have a very positive experience with Dr. Majlesi. Although my appointments were online and never been in this clinic but generally he is very knowledgeable, put time abd asked so many questions to don't miss anything, explained his diagnosis patiently and his prescription were effective. Usually when I get disappointed from my family Dr. get an appointment with him to ask his opinion.

His diagnosis are very accurate. I feel always feel so much better when I meet him owing to his friendly and cheerful disposition. Not only is he an excellent doctor but also a kind person. My visit starts at the office with the warmest staff at a clinic. A special thanks to Shirley and Jenny for always being so welcoming and helpful. I would also like to thank Dr.H.Koupaei for being so supportive, kind and helpful in the absence of Dr. Khakpour. I am so grateful to find this amazing clinic and being it's valued patient.
