The physician I spoke with was welcoming and very informative. Didn’t doubt a word that left his mouth. Receptionist is a kind lady. The pharmacy being next door is also helpful.
I visited here for the first time and the wait time was the shortest I have ever experienced. The staff were super kind and professional and everything was so clean. This will definitely be the only walk in clinic I go to from now on, if you’re in search come here.
Booked me for an appointment on a day they were closed. When I called later they tried to claim it was due to an emergency but the pharmacy told me they were closed for Eid, so they clearly knew in advance they wouldn't be open that day. They even had me confirm twice that I would be attending that appointment.
Please consider reading other reviews. This is not a place where you should go for health concerns. I came in with terrible sinus concerns and was in and out in 5 mins. My concerns were brushed off and I was initially told by the doctor to take Tylenol sinus, and nasal spray. When I went to check out, the pharmacist in the same clinic tried to sell me naproxen... these are NOT the same things. I didn't buy the naproxen, as I already have some at home but yet my insurance was still charged for it. Scammers with no genuine concern for patients. Please consider going to the oakdale walk in clinic instead
First visit and really impressive, everything was was done so quick ,, the lady doc was so good and the other staff too..i went to other clinic they said we r done for today so i googled and went there This will be my permanent spot for any emergencies. Thankx to the clinic n staff great work …
In and out in 20 minutes. Doctor is sweet, kind and patient. Receptionist is very accommodating. He put kids TV for my kids to watch during our 5 min wait.
Hands down the best walk-in clinic I've ever been to. Dr. Kelsie Ou is phenomenal at listening to patients' concerns and referring them to the best course of action for their situation. Unlike most other clinics, I was in and out of her office within minutes; a pharmacy was conveniently connected to the unit and as such I returned home with everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the North York area who is seeking a walk-in clinic that attends to patients within a speedy time frame!
