I was a walk-in patient first and then register a family doctor here, both doctors I have seen are great and helpful, I feel being heard and get a lot of medical advice from Dr. Le Blanc and Dr. Balachadran, they are amazing and helpful. Though sometimes the clinic system may have appointment arrangements issues, so patient has to be careful about the appointment booking and confirmation.
Do NOT attend this clinic. HORRIBLE staff and the wait time is ridiculous. You have a better chance be seen at ER faster than here. Plus at the hospital they will treat like a human being

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. My child needed medical attention, but because I didn’t have his health card on hand, the receptionist initially told me I could pay $100 for the visit, which I agreed to without hesitation. After completing the required paperwork, she left to speak with the doctor and then returned to say they were refusing to see my child—without providing any further explanation. Denying care to a child without a valid reason is unacceptable. No parent should have to experience this kind of treatment, especially when they are willing to pay for the service. I will be filing a formal complaint to ensure no other parent faces this unnecessary barrier to healthcare. I strongly advise others to be aware of this clinic’s practices. If they can refuse a child without cause, it raises serious concerns about their commitment to patient care.

As she is on medical leave, went to walk in clinic, saw very efficient Dr. Drab who provided referral to dermatologist Dr. Walter. He is direct, very knowledgeable, prescribed Elidel cream. Thank you! Dr. Eva K. recently retired. Extremely grateful for her excellent care for decades. Wishing her all the best!
I started off as a patient of Dr. Grail and that was great… But unfortunately she left the practice pretty quickly and I was moved over to Dr. Freemantle. I asked her some very basic questions and she didn’t have any answers. It wasn’t a complicated question. I was just looking to see what supplements I should be taking as I enter early menopause. Pretty basic stuff for a GP but it seemed out of her realm or beyond her caring. She told me to wait six months and have the conversation with my endometriosis surgeon at my next consult. Why? It made no sense. Lazy doctoring. I was recently hospitalized for three weeks and couldn’t get a hold of her nor was there any follow up from the clinic even though they had been copied on every procedure I had done at the hospital. I literally almost died and my family doctor couldn’t make an appointment with me to check in. It’s not like having a doctor at all at that point. So now I will start my search for another new doctor because this clinic is just not it for me. The only real positive is that bloodwork, etc. can be done immediately on site. However, without good doctors, that doesn’t really matter to me.
