This is the worst clinic I have ever been very unprofessional the staff are very rude . pure ignorance. I hope that people will read this review and never go to you. You guys are disgrace and you don’t care about people.
Very rude and impatient receptionist. I called on Friday morning to obtain information about scheduling a few lung tests and while I appreciate the information she shared, her tone and rudeness is unacceptable.
Filipina lady who works the window at B21 - Allergens. It doesn't take work to be kind. You don't have to be rude talking to clients and if that's just how you are, maybe you shouldn't work the window as a receptionist. It's one thing if someone was rude towards you and get the same reaction back. It's another when you're just rude for no apparent reason. May God bless you with a kind heart, and may you never get the same disrespect thrown back at you unjustly.
I have no idea how everytime I go to this walk in clinic I have a bad experience. I walk in and try to ask the receptionist a question and she just shugs me off and tells me to line up. Then, she calls me over after a few minutes and holds her hand out and says nothing to me. I end up asking if they’re taking walk in patients and she says the doctor isn’t in. This walk in clinic is always very disorganized and rude.
The place is clean and comfortable but the reception people are not very nice. I noticed the front desk staff are not very welcoming, not polite attitude
Receptionists Nadia and Maya were so helpful in scheduling an urgent follow up appointment with my family doctor. They were very attentive and provided great service!
The doctors have generally been competent and personable. Most of the reception staff have usually been considerate and helpful. Occasionally the support staff and some doctors have been inconsiderate and unhelpful.
