This clinic is excellent, and Dr. Stevens is truly amazing. He is very friendly, professional, and takes great care of his patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring doctor
Horrible experience. I booked an appointment through gotodocor as indicated on their website. I got both an email and text confirmation. I received a text telling me to go to the clinic and I rushed over there 8 months pregnant in the heat and when I got there they were closed. Safe to say I was really upset. I sent multiple emails asking for them to confirm how this happened and haven’t heard back. It’s a poorly ran and unorganized establishment. If they are closed it should just be indicated on google.
Hello these people don't answer the phone went there the other day thinking they were open voice mail has on time been on there for years with a different time.It crazy we are going because we sick only what to find out not even open .They need to have respect.
We called ahead to make sure business was open and available for walk in we were told on the phone it’s available to 6pm and when we got there at 4pm we were told doctor has left and they don’t change information provided. Wasted my time, money for Uber and my energy to get there bro. Kmt they do NOT CARE ABOUT patients
The hours of the pharmacy aren’t the hours of the clinic. The doctor was supposed to be in at 1, waited two hours to see the doctor and ten minutes after 1pm calls and lets the waiting room know they won’t be coming in at all. Also that pharmacy looks pretty… unkempt.
Walked in at opening hour of the pharmacy (10:30am) and was able to put my name down on the list (i was third). Pharmacist told me the dr usually shows up at 12:30pm so i came back around 12:15 and was seen within 10 mins by the dr. Super nice guy, caring and helpful!
I had an infection and was told the Doctor would call me in 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I called the clinic back and the clinic assured me the Doctor would call that evening. The Doctor never called that night, and by the time I tried to contact other clinics, they were closed and my medical condition got worse. The Doctor did not even call the next day, but thankfully I got an appointment elsewhere (Rocket Doctor). I would not recommend this clinic due to the unacceptable service which put my health in great danger.
