Generally decent wait times. Only draw back is that you only get to ask about one issue per visit. So if you have two issues, you need to come back another day. I get it… I guess
Arrived two minutes before 9am and was one of the first people to be seen; from waiting room to results I was in and out of there before 9:45am. The service was quick and efficient. Secretary staff were polite and helpful but the doctor was the main reason I’d return to this clinic besides being seen promptly. I forget his name but He was extremely pleasant, professional and prompt. I think it was a British accent, if you get this doctor I’m certain it will be a good experience. I was taken care of very well and would definitely return to this clinic. Free parking is a bonus!
I want and saw Dr. Dasani today and he was extremely short and aggressive, he was unhelpful and abrupt, tried to mansplain the situation to me . When i asked to see a different doctor due to the unsuccessful appointment, the receptionist refused ! Im in allot of pain and they just dont care .
The Leslieville Clinic is well organized, has always made time to see my family and I as patients when required, and has always been clear on process for everything. The admin team does a great job communicating, follows up when necessary, and has always been lovely to deal with. Dr Cassam is great! She takes her time so we don’t feel rushed, explains things clearly, and truly listens. She also talks about supporting health without always jumping straight to prescription. 12/10 - in a time where we’re generally underserved in family medicine, Leslieville Clinic goes over and above.
Great walk-in. I didn’t have to wait long and the doctor was very thorough and friendly. Didn’t brush me off like other walk-in clinics. I can confidently say the best walk-in clinic I’ve been to.
I have been a patient at Leslieville Medical Centre since it first opened and have had the privilege of being under Dr. Cassam’s care for over 10 years. Dr. Cassam and her team consistently provide exceptional healthcare. She is always thorough in her assessments and takes the time to offer clear, detailed explanations whenever I have questions or concerns about my health.
The good: the staff is very kind. The wait wasn’t bad at all. The two doctors that I saw took the time to discuss the issue. The bad: if you need any testing, you need to go back in again to find out the results- I’m talking full on wait in queue, wait room, etc. I could see if it was a for a bigger issue but no, not the case. So yes, they are rather quick in comparison to other clinics, but when you have to do it twice, it’s long. They refused to give results over the phone or to just sent the prescription to the clinic. Absolutely wild.
