Dr Bonah is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and compassionate. Wait time is very reasonable and staff were great. I would definitely recommend this client ( womans clinic) to any lady needing a check up.
Came back last December 12 due to some form modifications. Staff was really polite, reception was helpful to a great extent. Service was really appreciated. Def gonna recommend
Their appointment booking is a joke. More than an hour wait time although I had appointment. Looks like they are overbooking or not booking realistically. Like how can a doctor attend different patients within 5 to 10 minutes
I am pregnant and had an appointment today, but I still had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was very uncomfortable and unable to sit properly. The nurse/doctor’s assistant who attended me was very rude and did not treat me with care or respect. Her behaviour was not appropriate, especially towards a pregnant patient. However, the lady at the front desk was very helpful, polite, and kind. I really appreciate her support.
My experience here is terible i booked my appointment but i still waiting for more than 1 hour and the line up is take so long ,im not recomended this clinic waste of time
I visited the clinic again yesterday. In the past few visits, I wasn’t able to give the whole team a very high rating, but this visit truly changed my impression. Even though there were many patients waiting in the lobby, the entire team was working hard, efficiently, and smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about patients, and they clearly value patient feedback and reviews. Despite the heavy workload, the nursing team remained patient, professional, and attentive to everyone’s needs. And as always, Dr. Bonah is exceptional—thorough, kind, and incredibly reassuring. I truly appreciate the care I received today. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I’m happy to see the improvements. Compared to other medical centres, their service and professionalism really stand out. Highly recommend this clinic and its dedicated staff! Thank you to the whole team for doing one of the toughest and most important jobs in Canada.
I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and the team took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly.
