Our Superintendent Noel and Bruce are very hardworking people who works at 565 sherbourne street. They go and beyond their job just to satisfy the needs of the tenants. Also, Gina who works in the office makes exceptional work at Medallion company. We thank you dor your dedicated service.
I've lived here for almost a year. Since the last winter passed, cockroaches have started showing up extremely frequently. Now at 2am, I just dip my head on the pillow and turn around to see a large one on the wall. I see at least two a day and there is no solution. I am on the verge of a breakdown. I'm moving as soon as my contract is up. Next time I'll be sure to do my research on Google Maps.
I cannot digest the fact that a multi million dollar company, Medallion Corporation, has difficulty in repairing the already available equipment of the Gym in 565 Sherbourne Street. Tried putting request through their app but of no use. Management has simple answer "please request through the app". C'mon management, it is beneficial for everyone and will be very handy in winter. Fix the Gym, it will cost you peanuts.
Have lived here since 2005. Never had a roach problem, nor bedbugs. Management is quick to do repairs once you put In a work order. 5 elevators. Alarm testing is a pain, as I work evenings. They test once a month. Have done extensive renovations to all common areas. All in all, a GREAT place to live.
Im staying here for a year. Its nightmare everyday to deal with the roaches. The management does pest control for name sake but its utter useless. Please check with the residents about the roaches before renting a place in medallion to stay mentally sane with the roaches.
The place looks good from outside but inside is full of roaches. My friend suffers every day because of roaches in their unit. The see 100s of big roaches everywhere and lately there has been bed bugs too.
