I lived here for 14 years. The first property manager was awesome (Mary Lou P.), then she retired. The next one, Marie B. was never available. She hid in her office and was the complete opposite of Mary Lou. She was pedantic and ran the place like a military base without any sense of customer service. Finally, it was Tracy M., the rental agent promoted to property manager. She is runs around like a rabbit who has taken too much caffein. She is pleasant upfront but after that the truth comes out. The big issue is this is NOT a luxury building in any sense. They spent close to a year renovating the lobby to make it pretty but the rest of the building is 3 stars at best. The building is 20 years old and so it the quality of the appliances. The washing machine/dryer is the old full-sized stacked The fridge, stove/oven and dishwasher are entry level cheap white appliances like you would have bought at Sears. The dishwasher is so loud you have to run it when you go out for errands. The flooring is a poor-quality plastic laminate. The white cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are those basic builder grade cabinets with cheap plastic melamine glued on. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. There is nothing elevated about this building, they advertise Luxury but there is nothing luxurious about his building. When they paint the apartment for a new tenant, the paint job is poor, the contractor waters down the paint and it is like "skim milk". There are visible lines and roller marks because it is so poor. The only positives are the 2 full-time cleaning staff. Jocelyn is the nicest, sweetest person. The guy who cleans the windows and maintains the floors is incredibly hard working, but very quiet and keeps to himself. I am glad to be out of this place.

Ujith fixed my bathtub drain and diverter quick, clean and it functions so much better. Quick prompt, fast, efficient. The maintenance staff at 925 Bay are all amazing.

If you are an "Indian" beware of them. You might not get a unit here. I wonder if the building manager Tracy, have some kind of "racial preference" for renting the units. I followed up with her from July and on 15th August she mentioned on having a unit available from 1st October but don't have pricing details. And post that I have been following up every other day, and the answer remains the same that she doesn't have the price. As on 26th I followed up again n she mentions they have received an application already on the unit. Upon questioning, she says she has an so called "wait list". So why wasn't I asked to sign up or added to that wait list. I asked my friend to cross check and to my surprise Tracy does have a unit and she books a viewing for the very next day. PLEASE STOP FOOLING PEOPLE. You could have mentioned you have a waiting list from the very beginning, and if the management has asked the manager (Tracy) to be like this and create this deluding scarcity... Shame on you to have such discriminating behavior. I request management to take action against such an manager appointed to soil the name of Morguard.

I've tried to contact the leasing office more than 30 times with no call backs or anyone answering the phone for the past two weeks. By now I've only got pass the automated answering machine. Why don't you guys ever answer your calls? If you have no vaccancies pick up and say so! Totally unacceptable.

Nice location, however, the staff is very unprofessional; they show units that are supposedly available and then do not respond and no follow up. Total waste of time dealing with these people unfortunately.

Lived here for two years Really enjoyed my stay here. Had a 2 bedroom apartment on 11th floor. Staff were very committed and friendly and there were never any problems with the services (lifts all fast and clean / never had a power failure). Nice balconies - for those precious few months in Toronto when you can bear to go outside!! Its a short walk to train station but its quite far from the northern end of the PATH (Toronto's labyrinth of underground walkways). Supermarket and chemist nearby and its not far from the Gay Village
