I had the worst experience living here. There are cockroaches all over the building. The manager, David, has a terrible attitude and treats people with zero respect.
Never rent in this building!!! They have a SERIOUS cockroach infestation problem. The rent prices are ridiculously high, and the building is old, the elevators stopped working for almost a month, and only one was functioning. Going up or down took about 15–20 minutes each time.. You can find something much better in the area. They gave us the apartment with a cockroach nest, and the problem has never gone away — cockroaches are everywhere.
Manager David is RUDE! ALL HE THINKS ABOUT IS SAVING MONEY FOR THE BUILDING. HE IS NOT FAIR OR POLITE. There are cockroaches in the budling - BE CAREFUL. If you need anything to be fixed, you are on your own! If you are a long time resident, even worse. They want you to leave, thus he does nothing for you.
Terrible place to live. Management is unprofessional, and the janitors, Derick and Stephanie (if that’s even their names), are rude and unhelpful. Zero accountability.
Turn off your noisy elevator at night. You can hear it go up and down on night long. We pay HIGH rent to enjoy our units not to be disturbed while we are trying to sleep!!
David is rude and condescending. He treats people like garbage. The two other reviews about him are "SO TRUE" Applause to the people who wrote the truth. Yes the building has a bad cockroach infestation. I THINK WE NEED NEW UPPER MANAGEMENT. SOMEONE WHO TRULY CARES.
Management tried to evict a poor old man who has lived here for over 20 years!!!! Look elsewhere!! This building is the worst place I have ever lived in. Sept 11-2024 VERDICT IS IN--TENANT WINS EVICITON CASE. By the way, if you're running the show here then you should know that "SOUND TRAVELS." NICE TRY!! Hope you're all PROUD of yourselves... Senior manager must not have any compassion to try to evict an elderly man. Krista for Senior Manager. Her and Donna are extremely nice people who show they care about the tenants!!
