I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Waverley Apartments. The entire team truly makes this place feel like home. The concierge staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming, going out of their way to help residents and create a warm atmosphere. The maintenance team is outstanding! Requests are handled quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Management is equally amazing as they are responsive, and genuinely cares about the community and residents’ experience. It’s clear that everyone works together as a team, and it really shows. I highly recommend Waverley Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and fun place to live.
The Waverley is honestly one of the best places you can live in. The building is clean and well maintained, everything feels organized, and the security setup really makes it feel safe and comfortable. The management and front desk team are always available. They respond fast and handle things right away. Huge shoutout to Nadalee, Jillian, and Andrew for being so welcoming and friendly. Living here has been a great experience.
I love living at the Waverley! The location is perfect, with everything I need in a walking distance and right next to UofT. Andrew at the concierge desk is amazing! He remembers everyone’s name and is incredibly helpful, whether it’s receiving packages or giving local recommendations. His cheerful personality and efficiency makes everything so much easier. And of course big shoutout to Eric and Pankil from the maintenance team! Eric's always smiling and super quick to respond to any issue and Pankil's attention to detail is unmatched. They've made living here so much better with their amazing work and great personalities. I highly recommend living at the Waverley. It's the perfect combination of great location, amazing facilities, and 10 Dean!
I moved into the Waverley last year and could not be happier with my living experience. The location is close to UofT, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Also, the maintenance team members are very responsible and really kind and helpful!
My daughter was moving to Toronto from Calgary. We have been fortunate to have had the support and assistance of Christina throughout the entire process. We have rented a studio for our son in this building, he's a student at UT. Super happy with our choice, the apartment is very nice, modern and very well equipped. Great location for our needs. Christina was very helpful, she walked us through the whole process every step of the way remotely, she made us felt very comfortable renting without seeing. We moved in 3 days ago, super happy with the choice.
I recently moved in to the Waverley and my experience so far has been awesome! As an international student at UofT, its location couldn't be better. The building is brand new, with high end appliances and innovative features. The suite is spacious, bright and simply looks amazing. All the staff I encountered were very helpful. The manager Jason is extremely professional and very friendly. He went out of his way helping me move some furniture and set up the Wi-fi router before I even got there! I feel lucky to have found this apartment after so many searches and virtual tours.
