The elevators are never working, packages get stolen, drug addicts use the lobby to do their business, a tenant with serious mental health issues keeps flooding their apartment, police is always here to deal with something new. The office is always closed. Days go by without hot water. Do not move here.
Me and my wife just went through the whole application process and are excited to move in to the building in a couple of months. Adam was the sweetest, most caring rental manager we ever dealt with and really helped us a lot through this process. The building seems committed to renovating common areas and units, as well as keeping a safe community. From what we heard from current and former residents, most of fhe issues described in some reviews here have been or are currently being dealt with. Overall, if you plan on moving into 100 Wellesley, I assure you you won't find a better deal.
Very welcoming and friendly. Ready to help and answer any questions we had. We are very please with our transaction here. The gym, pool, garage, and laundry room are very clean and well maintained. Thank you very much Max and Adam!

I have been living at 100 Wellesley E since 2016. This is a well maintained building wiith the friendliest mangement staff i have ever dealt with. It truly feels like being with family. Georgetta an absolute sweet heart running things firmly and like clockwork - the iron fistot in the velvet glove! The management men Max; Hoang and Anton are awesome and very attentive to every request; customer service at best! The building amenities are great with heated rooftop pool & gym area that ha e floor to ceiling glass panels providing a breathtaking view all year round!
Wonderful place to live. Great Office staff and Capreit is one of the best company in the industry. If you have work repairs in the unit , you have resident portal and you can check the status anytime. Rent with trust and confidence
Worst living experience I will ever find myself in. I've gotten more for less elsewhere in the city. Roach infestations, utter lack of security in the building, package theft and the worst part is management couldnt care less!
