Not only did he resolve my original issue quickly and professionally, but he also identified a much better solution that saved me both time and money. His expertise, patience, and genuine commitment to helping customers really stood out. I left feeling extremely satisfied and confident, and Tushar is now my go-to person at Best Buy and Geek Squad. If ya don’t wanna be treated like garbage and literally got insulted before you even said a word, don’t buy nothing from them. Especially the Asian guy, don’t get it if ya hate doing your job here so much, why don’t ya just quit?
We are so impressed with their superb service. We brought our computer for repair, and they helped us to do the RMA for a defective component. And they even put a new component from their stock before they receive the return from the component seller. More importantly, they kept us up to date on the progress. We can not thank the staff enough for the amazing service. All the staff are friendly and polite and knowledgeable. And the membership is so worthwhile. I'm so happy we had become a member of the Geek squad.
Worst customer service at any Besbuy location. I went to this Geek Squad to sign up for their membership. They allow other customers to walk infront of you in-line and they don't care or say anything about it. They just start servicing them and make you wait. They have no care for their customers time. I waited in line for 30 mins before I could get a chance to speak to anyone. I even called ahead of time. My last time coming back here.
This is probably the last time I will ever buy appliances from Best Buy. Long story short, we purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy 3 years ago and purchased a 5 year warranty. Our fridge broke down on Wednesday Sept 7 and a tech from a separate company (Elite Appliances) was sent by Best Buy to fix our fridge on Saturday Sept 10. The tech mentioned that they will need to order a part and it will take 3-5 business days. Elite Appliances sent THREE separate requests throughout the week to Best Buy to approve ordering the part and Best Buy never responded. I had to call the Best Buy Protection team myself today (September 16) to follow up and escalate. After escalating I have to wait an additional 3 - 5 business days, and this is according to the customer rep on the phone. Who knows if it really will come on time again or if I have to call again next week to follow up again. I want to clarify at no point was Elite Appliance at fault. In fact it was very easy to get to their customer service representative to find out that Best Buy basically ignored all their requests to order the part. Basically do not purchase appliances from Best Buy if your life depended on it. Ridiculous. #bestbuy #geeksquad #EliteAppliance
Try canceling an unauthorized credit card payment & tell me how that works out…It’s either they give you a missed call as a return call or they hang up on you when trying to cancel with them.It’s no wonder Best Buy is closing down all over.
I have called on Geek Squad about twice a month since I signed on last April, and I am so happy I signed on for this service! Everyone I have talked to has been friendly, courteous, and effective. Every problem has been solved in record time. Totally worth the $20 per month!
