I went to get the X-ray/ultrasound report from the clinic which then requested to do a CT scan by the doctor that she mentioned was 'urgent'. Don't have any complaint about the Xray department as they were very efficient ,helpful and friendly. I did the blood test at the clinic and was told that i'll get the report asap in order to do the CT but its been 4 days since I did the test and whenever I called the response was that they will call me back with lab report but never did. They did however responded promptly mentioning the report will be emailed EOD to my friend who explained the same exact thing on behalf of me which didn't make sense to me. It was very frustrating dealing with this situation especially with the pain and stress I'm having with the injury and not having insurance and mostly because this was just to check creatinine. I hope someone would look into this matter.
My overall experience was a great one, from the receptionist to the sonographer. They all communicated very well. The sonographer did exactly what I wanted for me. I got to see more of the baby and she briefed me well on everything. It was such a good and wonderful experience and I will surely recommend E&R ultrasound for every expectant mother.

Today, I met Dr. Alexander, who was exceptionally thorough in his examination and took the time to listen to my concerns with patience and respect—something that sets him apart from many other physicians who often appear rushed or frustrated.
