Every single point of contact with anyone in this clinic is STELLAR!! The poor women at the front (on this particular day, being constantly hounded by a rude, yell-y guy) are lovely, kind, patient and helpful - even despite the rudeness and impatience of patients coming in and making unreasonable demands. I'd be willing to bet that the people who wrote about negative experiences were nasty to the staff. Everyone I've dealt with inside the clinic have also been friendly, kind and professional. On this particular day, I had the pleasure of dealing with Atefeh, who is extremely professional, kind, warm, understanding etc. Of course she used to be a doctor in her home country! So people, you're getting the very high level of skills, training and experience of a doctor from someone who is getting paid as a technician. I appreciate this and I'm grateful for the excellent skills and service I received from Atefeh and everyone there. My doctor prefers to send people here because he says they're the best, and I'd say that's why! I'm grateful to have access this high level of thorough, helpful experienced and professional people working here. We are so lucky to be able to access this level of medical care so easily.
Avoid! They will put you on hold without asking if you mind, over and over again. You're talking with the reception and sundely they put you on hold with no asking. Rude. Extremely bad.
They called and confirmed an appointment any time after 3, however 24hrs later the receptionist told me it was canceled because now they are busy and it was supposed to be at 3 sharp. Communicate better if you are only offering an specific time for it, don't waste people's time.
I was just there for an ultrasound. The technician Nasim Najafian, was very rude and she didn’t speak any English. She didn’t understand my questions and she kept on saying no she put too much gel on my body and she only gave me a little piece of tissue to clean it up. She was very rude and she hushed me out of the examination room was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend this place. At least we need to have technicians who speaks English or understand. Our country is really not doing well.
The clinic is very well- organized and supportive. I came with my wife who is also a senior and has trouble walking and the staffs provide us with the full support. Highly recommend since it's very convenient and time flexible
Most amazing, friendly clinic. Staffs and Techs are so nice and productive. Had my ultrasounds and Xray done couple times, they always make me feel welcome
Came on a Saturday afternoon for a chest X ray and had no wait time! The X ray tech Vinay was very kind and good with instructions. The folks at the reception desk were also very nice. Would definitely come back if I ever need another X ray in the future.
