I am truly grateful to Ariana Clinic. Dr. Mansour and Dr. Uba are extremely professional and pay attention to every detail to ensure patients’ comfort. The reception team is always helpful and friendly, and the clinic’s atmosphere is clean and comfortable. My experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this clinic. if you don’t like waiting, this may not be the place for you — but the quality of care is absolutely worth it.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for eight years, and my experience has always been excellent — especially with Dr. Mansour Ali. He has never disappointed. He listens carefully, shows genuine empathy, and treats every patient with kindness and respect. His professionalism and compassion set the standard for what patient care should be. Unfortunately, my recent appointment with Dr. Jude Uba was the worst experience I have ever had at any medical clinic in Canada. He refused to listen to my full explanation, constantly cut me off, and showed absolutely no patience or empathy. His attitude was dismissive, cold, and completely unprofessional. I left the appointment feeling unheard, judged, and disrespected — something no patient should ever experience. I honestly do not understand how someone with so little interest in patient care can be practicing medicine. His lack of respect, unwillingness to listen, and rushed, careless approach are unacceptable. After reading other reviews, I realized many patients have experienced the same issues with Dr. Uba — dismissiveness, lack of empathy, and poor communication. This is clearly not an isolated incident. I truly hope the clinic’s leadership and medical director take these concerns seriously and address this major issue. Patients deserve better. If you value being heard and treated with basic human respect, request any doctor other than Dr. Uba.

Never receives call and never follow up with patients. They are accepting too many patients which they can’t manage but they want them out of their greed and thirst for money. Never go there unless you have no other option. The reception is so unhelpful and unprofessional. You must be physically present to check for the doctor or appointment and waste two days for one walk in.

Whenever I try to call this clinic no one answers my calls I don’t know then why they give us their number to call them for asking a question or booking an appointment if they don’t answer the calls? This is so frustrating and disappointing

the front desk attitude is as if they were overworked at the ICU ward. ridiculous how dozens of papers cover the glass all to instruct how patients should adjust their expectations and approach towards them. I haven't seen a doctor here in a long time but the last time I went I had thought it was a resident nurse who was 'guessing' what was wrong with me with little understanding or urgency. don't call them because they won't answer, ever. wait time? don't ask because it's not allowed. the setup is inefficient, chairs are basically pressed up to the reception desk through the talk hole making it difficult to even communicate. it would be so simple to line the chairs a foot away from the pharmacy side to allow space in the middle for movement. the patients who come here also are spatially unaware of anything or anyone. not paying attention to if their names are being called but chatting away so loudly in such a small space only to waste more time arguing once they find out they've been skipped. unnecessary all together, only go here if you wish to piss yourself off.

This is a walking clinic with a NO dr lol when i gone there they said oh sorry we don't have any dr why u did not call us and they have a voice msg from morning i went at 4 pm its closing at 5 pm

Although its early to justify that this place has extraordinary staff and service, but time will prove it if they maintain this professional care while the density increases. shin Ok after few months i visited this place again, unfortunately the other doctor! (Dr.Sultani) seems less confident and less experienced . I'd rather ask everyone to avoid going to him on Thursdays, he couldnt even prescribe a simple syrup (alergy) normally prescribed by dr. Mansoor and others and he would pretend he knows . But pls everyone dont waste ur time by visiting Sultani. HOWEVER MANSOOR IS DOING GOOD JOB. receptionists need more training into customer service.. 2nd time 1 star sorry (fact)
