My first visit to this clinic during my pregnancy was not a pleasant one. The receptionist behaved rudely and didn’t provide proper information. Such behavior is not acceptable in a healthcare environment. Please improve your front-desk service and also 2/3 people face this problem at the same time

Worst dental clinic, had worst experience with them. Dental clinic staff including doctor are very rude, unethical and unprofessional. Doctor book appointment and cancel at the last moment, happened with us three times, wasted our four months without any service. Think before booking appointment with them.

Dr. Umar and Dr. Afshan have been our family physicians, and we’ve always found them to be compassionate, thoughtful, and attentive. They take the time to listen, address our concerns promptly, and make us feel truly heard and cared for. They are also very culturally sensitive, which makes the experience even more comfortable and reassuring for our family. The reception staff deserves special mention as well — always kind, courteous, and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist and find solutions whenever needed. I highly appreciate this clinic for offering such quality care and services within our community. It’s a blessing to have a place that meets patients’ needs from all sides — with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

My son doctor is here. From last 3 days we try to call and then on Sunday came here in walk-in clinic at 12 pm. Management told to come back at 3:45 pm. Wait for more than 1 and 1/2 hr but still wait. It’s really surprising
