Dr. Jafrudy is an outstanding family doctor — he truly deserves 10 stars. He listens carefully, takes his time to explain everything, and genuinely cares about his patients’ health and well-being. I always feel respected and well taken care of during every visit. However, the experience with his medical office assistant could be improved. She can be quite rude and unprofessional on the phone, which makes it difficult when trying to schedule appointments or ask simple questions. I hope this issue can be addressed, because Dr. Jafrudy’s excellent care should be matched by the same level of professionalism at the front desk.
Dr. Russell Jafrudy is a lot more than a family doctor. He cares so much about you and listens you with empathy ❤️. He first explains the issue in medical terms and in plain English, which we can easily comprehend/digest it. Imagine your doctor reassuring you to certainty of your condition. I can't describe in words how I feel, but "A GIANT, A HERO, AND A GENTLEMAN." THANK YOU, DOCTOR, FOR ALL YOUR RELENTLESS SUPPORT OVER THE YEARS.
Dr. Jafrudy has been really amazing with our family. He found us a specialist so quickly. He offers virtual appointments for any convenience and i could not say more than that it has been great.
Dr. Jafrudy has been my doctor for over 10 years and he is the best doctor that I've ever had. He treats every ailment or concern I have with the utmost care and respect. I've been to doctors where they don't take you seriously and I never have to worry about that with Dr. Jafrudy. Even when he was unsure of what I had diagnosed for myself, he still ordered a test to at least rule it out. As a woman, having a male doctor listen to you, respect what you are saying and show concern for your well-being is huge. I feel safe knowing that if any health scares come up, he has my back. We should all be so lucky with our GPs.
The best family doctor I’ve ever had. Dr. Jafrudy doesn’t rush you out of the office like many others do. He takes the time to actually listen to you, explain and discuss options available to you. Would definitely recommend to others.
PLEASE CHANGE THE GOOGLE HOURS!! ACCORDING TO GOOGLE IT CLOSES AT 5PM. I SHOWED UP AT 4PM THE OTHER DAY AND IT WAS DISAPPOINTING. TODAY I SAW 2 SENIOR CITIZENS SHOWED UP AROUND 3:20 PM. FELT BAD FOR THEM. I THINK THEY ALSO CHECKED THE GOOGLE HOURS. PLEASE CHANGE THE GOOGLE HOURS TO 3PM CLOSING TIME THANKS
This clinic is a complete mess, total mess. I was unable to see a doctor after waiting at the reception for 2 hours and in her office for about an hour, in addition she wasn't even my family doctor but a physician assistant. Had to go back home frustrated and angry after being unattended to for more than 3 hours. And i had an appointment, what rubbish..
