Very unprofessional. Even if I had an appointment with my family doctor at 1:30pm we waited till 2:45pm to see the doctor. This is not my first experience. This happens with me for each appointment with my family doctor.
They did not answer our phone call to see if they were still accepting walk ins for the day. We got there anyways and found out that even though the clinic is open until 3 PM on Sundays, the dr is only in until 1:45 and they stop taking walk-ins at noon. I wish they had at least answered our call so we didn’t have to make the whole trek there before finding out.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible experience at this walk-in clinic. The male receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude, sassy, and disrespectful from the moment I handed over my health card and forms. Instead of processing my check-in, he complained as if I had done something wrong just by being there. When I called out his unacceptable behavior, he tried to shift the blame onto the doctors for offering walk-ins. At that point, I chose to walk out because no patient should be treated like that. I will not be returning.
I called before but no answer. Went there hour before they close was told by receptionist that she was busy? But she also told that Dr. Left cause there’s no patience. How busy was she when Dr left cause there’s no Patients to see.and that I should be coming at 5pm. With the receptionist customer service i would never want to do anything with her. Question how would the Dr be
Walked in at 6:05 pm (they close at 7pm). Was told they were done walk-in for the day. The waiting room was empty. I'll go wait in emerg next time rather than waste my time here.
2 hr wait. Refers to a specialist who his been banned from doing surgery and has a habit of either. not reviewing results or following up on them 6 mths later. Not good
This is my first day, came to submit forms for my family doctor registration. The reception at the dentist side is so rude (morning 29/3/2023). Inhumane!! It’s tedious for her to direct to the next registration counter. I only thought of returning, register elsewhere.
