We have been patients of Dr Mumuni for over a year now. He is so kind and patient, always listens and offers the best advice. Both the nurses and receptionists are also very kind people. I don't understand the other reviews mentioning less than optimal service. I have always been treated with grace and empathy by everyone at the clinic.
Absolutely wonderful team, care, support and office. Dr. Mumuni is amazing, and Crystal and Manny are Absolutely wonderful and fantastic. And just super accessible for multiple issues, to book multiple appointments as needed, and just overall. Wonderful.
Another terrible experience at this location. Wouldn't see me, even though I am a patient with St Michael's Unity Health. Receptionist didn't even review my requisition form in full. Another fellow was also turned away as a walk-in. What kind of operation are they running here? Looks like Google removed my previous review. So thanks for that.
I advise the receptionist to improve her attitude and not be condescending and rude. Our interaction was brief and there was no need for such arrogance. She was truly unpleasant and the definition of fake smile sorrys telling costumer service.
All the people working at this clinic are very friendly and professional. Krystal and Mani are two wonderful staff and they seem to always have a smile. I actually look forward to going to the clinic because the girls are always cheerful. I cannot say enough, good things about Dr. Mumuni as he is just a pleasure to have as a family doctor. I haven’t had a good family doctor for decades, but looks like I finally found one in Dr. Mumuni.

The receptionist was racist and unfriendly towards my mom. She displayed a very annoying attitude. My mom went there at around 4 today but the receptionist completely denied taking new patients even though the website clearly states the clinic is open Wednesdays from 10-6. When she asked her why she had an annoying attitude, the receptionist responded, "this is how I am." The way the receptionist looked at my mom was unwelcoming. She has not apologized for not giving her service. Her experience was very bad, and she decided she will not come again.
