Dr Poplawska is my daughters doctor now since she has been a new born. She is amazing, takes down every note and most importantly amazing with kid(s)… i have the upmost respect for her. Amazing doctor.
Dr. Poplawska was my family MD for a short time. On boarding took multiple visits, 1)she talked about only herself, 2nd visit) collected health info, 3rd) finally seen for medical compaint. The process took over a month to complete assessment of concern. Also, she splits up 1 concern/visit into multiple visits,inefficient, time consuming, delays treatment. Came in for leg pain from standing long periods of time. Recieved RMT prescription for work, but needed compression stocking also. She says I needed to book another appt, even tho it is related to leg pain. It takes weeks to book a slot, difficult to rearrage a FTwork schedule for minor complaints. Very frustrating.
Terrible customer service, A very rude reception staff who speaks Cantonese and broken Mandarin. She needs get fire!!! Away so rude on the phone,neve say hi or my I help you. Terrible Terrible Terrible!! Please just Fire Her!!!
Dr. Lin is amazing! The staff at the front desk is also very nice and helpful!when I need help with urgent care, they all help way beyond. Highly recommended!?
If you're looking for a doctor here, I'd suggest you don't have a doctor at all. I've had Vic Lin as my GP for 7 years, been having complaints about my stomach and vomiting for no reason, she just put me on some medicine she didn't explain what it was for, when I really needed an ednoscope to figure out what was happening. On top of all that I'm bipolar taking lithium, and she never mentioned or explained how this can affect my overall health. If you're mentally ill, neurodivergent or a person of colour expect stress, no calls or follow ups. On top of all that all seven years they've had my name spelled incorrectly in their system and so that giant mistake has followed me to my current doctor, in which I found out today, from my psychiatrist that it was spelled wrong on her end too. So now I have to take the time to correct this medically racist mistake on my records, on my own time, so you can see how much of good job they're doing.? So please save your nervous system from the stress and find a doctor that isn't from this clinic. You will feel devalued, worthless and overlooked.
I’ve been working with Dr. poplawska for 5 years now. She is really diligent and caring and though she can only see me for one issue at a time, when I had health concerns she scheduled very frequent follow up appointments with me. She also doesn’t hesitate to refer me to specialists when needed. I really have appreciated her care over the years! Also love that she offers phone appointments since I moved and no longer live in the area.
yall need to chill on the negative comments... i mean they are a walk in but also an appt place aswell.the docs get backed up they are not that bad... dr.su nothing beats this guy . also the 2 guys behind the medicine mark and his buddy forgot his name really friendly and very helpful. cant beat it.
