Awesome Ladies at the front desk, they did everything in their power to get a same day appointment. I have had 2 ultrasounds here and they have been the most detailed I've ever had. I will schedule every appointment here. Thank you ladies
Easy to book an appointment, slow to deliver the report. It’s been a week (5 business days), my doc is waiting for the report. They called and left a message. Hope to get the report soon.
The staff is not very well organized. They made me wait 50 minutes before getting into the room for the actual ultrasound. My appointment was at 2:00 PM, and my actual exam was at 3:00 PM. Two people came after me, and their appointment was at 2:30 PM, and somehow they got their exam before me. Honestly, very disrespectful.
I absolutely love this place . I have been going there and dealing with Soosan Lily and Mildred for almost 9 years and they are so amazing and helpful. I literally leave and drive from Hamilton to this location any time I need imaging because they treat me so well
