This clinic is definitely the best place for pregnancy ultrasounds, it is clean, easy to get appointment, runs on time and efficient communication. Thank you Parichehr for such fantastic care during my ultrasound, you are great.
I went in for an ultrasound test on my knee, which had a large wound that was still scabbing. As soon as I was led into the room, the short-haired technician, who was with her assistant, displayed a very assertive, non-empathetic, and negative attitude from the start. When I asked a simple, calm question, she abruptly cut me off, raised her finger, and said “listen to me” in a very assertive tone. I then softly asked if she could be careful with my scabbing wound during the test. Instead of showing understanding, she ignored my concern and, in an irritated tone, told me the test had to be done on the wound. I completely understood that the procedure required this and I was going tp proceed with it, but I was deeply disappointed by her attitude and lack of empathy. A simple reassurance such as “I’ll be careful” or even a kind smile would have made a difference. I’m not sure if this behaviour reflected her personality or if she was simply having a bad day, but it made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed. Ultimately, I left because the service did not feel respectful to patients’ concerns.
EXCELLENT! All the staff, from the wonderful receptionist who answers the phone to the lab technicians are super-friendly and professional. It may not be worth being sick just to visit these guys but it is pretty damned close
Second time here ans I had such a wonderful experience during my anatomy scan. Sherin, the technician, was incredibly professional and honestly the sweetest person in the world. She made me feel comfortable, cared for, and explained everything with so much patience and kindness. The overall service and attention at this place is a 10/10 – truly outstanding! (You can even have a Online portal access)
I had a nice experience with my ultrasound today. No waiting, friendly and helpful receptionist and especially the technican Shirin (I hope I spelled it correctly) was amazing.
I had a scheduled appointment for 10am today. I used this location because it’s close to work. I had to drink one liter of water one hour before the appt. I got to my appointment at 9:50am and expected to wait at least 5-10 minutes after the scheduled time. It was not so, I waited for 25mins before having to empty my bladder and leave before getting the procedure done. I was so disappointed because I got to work an hour earlier to make up the time needed for the procedure. Not-to-mention, drinking one liter of water on an empty stomach that left me feeling sick. This was a scheduled ultrasound and a client should not have to wait for more than 10mins before seeing a technician. Shame on you guys for over booking clients to cause dissatisfaction. I was so disappointed!
The experience with the sonoghrapher who attended us was very bad. At one point, I moved to try to look the screen, and she very aggressively told me not to move and that she would show me later. When she finally showed me, she did it very quickly and only to fulfill her duty. She didn't create any kind of pleasant atmosphere for such an important moment. Definitely, the sonographer who attended me is not suited for this job. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but I know she is Asian.
