I am writing to express my disappointment with the way I was treated during my recent visit. When I arrived a bit late for my previous appointment, I was not accepted. However, this time I came earlier and still had to wait for over an hour. What upset me the most was the attitude of the young receptionist — she was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. People who work in healthcare should be kind and understanding, because they deal with patients who often don’t feel well. Unfortunately, this young lady showed no empathy or respect. In my opinion, someone with such an attitude should not be working in a medical office. I truly hope this issue will be addressed, and that patients will be treated with more respect in the future.
We did the 20 week ultrasound here and had the worst experience. They kept sending the result to the incorrect fax number which caused some complications since our OB only received the result at 25th week of pregnancy and found some complications which is now affecting the whole pregnancy. I kept calling them and informing them that my doctor hasn't received the result and they kept saying they sent it, when i asked the number where they sent it they gave me a wrong number. Could have been easily avoided if they had a fax report that shows invalid number that usually prints after a failed attempt.
Apparently, I am not the only one complaining of the old lady, rude receptionist. She is judgmental and makes up things. She was speaking in such an unprofessional tone. I ended up not getting my test done because she is asking me to pay cash. I told her I had the same test done last year at another lab and OHIP covered it. She completely ruined my day.
I had a great experience at this location. Arisha the receptionist was polite and excellent customer service skills, very helpful over the phone and in person.. The technician also very processional. I recommend this location for an X-ray.
Receptionist lady and other staff working were extremely rude. One person was on lunch so apparently that means no one else can pick up the phone to let clients know they arnt doing XRAYS for 2 weeks. Treat people with respect and learn manners. Called my doctor and they are going to never refer the clients here again. You just lost major business.
Front receptionist needs training, listening skills and manners. I called to book an appointment and explained everything and still my appointment was messed up so now I have to drop everything again to return due to her lack of listening skills and impatience. Both on the phone and in person, she was RUDE, dismissive, demanding and claimed that I didn’t tell her details pertinent to my appointment. What benefit would I have in not providing details so I’d waste my own valuable time? I reminded her in person I did tell her. No apology. In fact she doesn’t know the meaning of greeting patients and smiling. In fact, the bookings are not accurate, as you are given a certain time and on the day of she called to tell me coke at a different time which is earlier and when queried, she claimed she wanted me to come earlier, but she just didn’t say that so how is this good business? The technicians were friendly, but one of them messed up completely and caught me as I was leaving, and questioned me hoping that the requisition was wrong, but they realized the mess up so had me redo everything again so now I’m worried about the accuracy. This lab has made too many mistakes at my expense despite being the closest to my home. I will go to another lab that I got superior service from since their Receptionist is friendly, listens, treats clients like clients, and books accurately, and the technician was very thorough too and my results took a few days to reach my doctor.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I had no problem booking . I was called in right on schedule. The lady who did the ultrasound scan was very kind and friendly. Would definitely go here again and recommend anyone in this area to go there. Thank you.
