I went for an ultra sound first time at this location , Yonge and St Clair, Toronto . It was such an unpleasant experience so I just wanted to share my experience and echo some of your negative reviews The front desk was totally friendly and helpful However, I went for an ultra sound transvaginal test. It was like a nightmare so so unpleasant The technician was rude, unhelpful and demanding She keeps telling me it is my body my private part so I should know where and how deep I should insert the instrument This is not something I know or familiar with so I kept inserting the instrument improperly. She almost yelled and shouted and demanded I should know my body so should know what to do So the end with stuggle the test was done and it hurts My question is isn’t she the technician should help and guide her clients what and how to do the test Instead we almost ended in shouting match and the experience was like a nightmare I very very seldom done any negative test reviews I do not think for future ultra sound test I would come here for another unnecessary unpleasant event I do think your management should do something like provide more training to your staff
My on site experience was pleasant and quick. However, I was informed by my specialist that part of the requisition hadn't been completed so I called to inquire about having the omitted imaging completed on a future appointment. The reception team indicated they'd call back in 5 minutes, but didn't so I called again after 40 minutes. The receptionist then berated me for not following protocol saying the specialist should be calling, not me, before angrily repeating herself and hanging up. The callback afterwards with the other receptionist went less poorly. I hope that management recorded the calls and review it as it left me quite shaken.
Got my appointment within 24 hours. When I arrived they was no wait and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and professional. Michell my technician was wonderful, answered all my questions and talked me through everything.
Amazing Service by Manya and Cathy!! They were very kind and helpful!!! Also, the ultrasound technologist was very calm and polite!!!! Highly recommended place!!! Best and quick service!!!! Must visit
I was treated very badly by the lady doing the ultra sound.she was very arrogant towards me .She is not polite at all and I wish no one should go through what I encounter with her .I will never go there again.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE‼️ If I could I would give this place 5 thumbs down I went there about 2 weeks ago and the lady in charge of the ultrasound is SO VERY RUDE and EMBITTERED‼️ She threw the towel on my chest and it hit my face more than once and I didn't tell her anything because I didn't want to make a scene or have her talk back because if that were the case I would have lost my patience in that moment...so I tried really hard to stay calm‼️ This place is very old, not well maintained at all and dated you would feel like you are entering a dungeon‼️ Even the ultrasound cable was wrapped in duct tape to keep it functioning‼️ I definitely won't go back ever again to that HORRIBLE place‼️
I went to do an arterial leg ultrasound. The tech was so nice and a wonderful woman. She made me feel relaxed and she seemed very knowledgeable explaining everything to me. Great place. On time. Fast and secretary courteous. Recommend this place to anyone.
